Canonically the Bosses are killed/defeated by the Lord(Edelgard, Clauded, Dimitri) or Byleth
Ok but fr why did they just pick one character and say “Hey you do magic go kill death” like she didn’t even need to be able to one shot the death knight to be good (she’s compatible with a relic that gives her magic long bow rang and access to warp) but no they just needed to give an already strong character a spell that can one shot literally any cavalier as long as they don’t have pavise or something similar, like I think her only weakness is that she uses black magic and thus only gets class benefits from being a gremory

Yes. In Jertiza's B support, the Death Knight persona almost makes him kill his sister. Jertiza being forced to murder his father to save his sister and mother really messed up up.
Fortunately there's a simple solution to that. When it seems like the Death Knight is going to emerge, flash Lysithea in his face. That'll calm him down right quick.

Anyone think this hints at Byleth not being able to use the Sword of the Creator anymore? When I got the ending I believed that was the case, but people on reddit discussed and concluded they still can. Now this CG comes out and now I am questioning if they really can wield the sword anymore. I mean they are still technically fused with Sothis, but relics require a crest stone to work efficiently.
@@michaelolegario6399 You cannot get the Sword of Seiros in any route. As for using the Sword of Seiros instead of the Sword of the Creator, it's because Sothis's Crest Stone was destroyed, therefore making the Relic incapable of functioning. Arundel stated that a Relic cannot work without a Crest Stone. So the Sword of the Creator is basically forever in a "broken" state and is thus useless in battle.
@@0axis771 Ok that's good to know because even on reddit before Jeritza was released, even the most well versed people who knew about the game inside out in Japanese and English, believed they could still use the sword since Sothis' soul is still with us. But you are right, my initial thought of the creator sword being functionless is right because the crest stone isn't available anymore. However, where people also trip up is when they say that Divine Pulse cannot be used anymore. We as Byleth still used it before even obtaining the sword of the creator. Considering our souls are still fused, I'm pretty sure Sothis isn't about to let us get killed via a miscalculation since she would also technically die. She may have revoked our god status via normal lifespan probably, but I'm sure our wills are still in sync with Sothis'

From what I’ve seen from your vids, Jeritza only has supports with Byleth, Constance, Mercedes, and Bernadetta. There should be more than that. Why doesn’t Jeritza have supports with Edelgard or Hubert, the people who recruited him in the FIRST PLACE!!?
Other potential supports include:
- Manuela: The gal Jeritza stabbed.
- Lysithea: They both love sweets
- Hanneman: Talk about how Crests brought nothing but pain in his life.

probably because crimson flower as a route was just unfinished. it's shorter than every other route by multiple chapters, there are practically no cutscenes in places where every single other route had them, and all in all just feels like it could have been so much more than it ended up being

SS was the first written route. It's the basis of the entire game. The developers said CF was a bonus route so you could play as the antagonist for once. They never intended CF to be the main course, so to speak. It also makes sense because the Black Eagles are always in the tutorial stuff when screens are loading, because SS was the first route they made.
He got more supports in three hopes

Alois and GIlbert are not even an option. Including them is just inflating nonexistent options. There's only 1 gay option in this game before Jeritza. That's the only reason for the inclusion, so they could have more than 1 option for gay males vs 5 females.
What's wrong with Linhardt? He's a really good character and his support with Byleth is lovely. Jeritza's is cool too, you can't deny at all that him and Byleth have one of the best S supports in the game either. Fucking fighting the rest of the TWSITD, back-to-back while confessing their love? That shit's amazing

Patrick Seitz is a super experienced VA, so I doubt its just bad acting, so my interpretation is that he's constantly trying to hold back the death knight

I'll be honest, I'm not the biggest Crimson Flower fan, but there's a strange satisfaction in seeing a clear good ending in this route, with no mixed signals or major clash of morals
That's why it's the best route in the game.

Honestly I prefer Blue Lions and my favorite house leader is Claude, but the Jeritza support made the CF route worth it. It feels like a complete story doing it that way.

Kinda wish they added more chapters for the CF route, the ending s support indicated edelgard still had to deal with TWSITD while we were able to defeat TWSITD in verdant wind route. Would have been awesome seeing edelgard defeat the people who experimented her and her family
That's what I expected to happen at the end of the game. This is why the ending left me very sour. Good thing I was doing an S support with Jeritza because at least his story ends with Byleth and him going down to Shamballa. Still, I don't like the CF is just about conquering Fodlan and getting rid of Rhea and the route is significantly shorter than the rest of the routes.
According to the game data, this route was made last so it makes sense why they could have run out of time but still...

I haven’t played FE3H so I might be entirely off base, but it reads like the two ran away together so Jeritza wouldn’t have to kill Byleth as per Edelgard’s command. I love patrick seitz, but I think james callis (netflix castlevania alucard's VA) or ian sinclair (berkut) would have been much more fitting imo. I'm so used to patrick voicing big, beefy, over the top men like dio and hector that it took me a long time to get used to his voice on a character like jeritza.
Sure jeritza is over the top too but something about patrick's voice on him doesn't click with me for some reason.
I gotta say I love both these characters but I think this is not a very good romance on either side. I've never exactly understood why people say that male byleth and jeritza is one of the best s supports.

Not a fan of his voice... Sounds kinda like this VA does a lot of plays and theater where they have to be overdramatic.
Patrick Seitz is the VA. He's been voice acting in Anime for years, guess it was the direction he had that makes him sound so off here.

I think Patrick meant for Jeritza's voice to be uncomfortable, off-sounding. Because Jeritza is constantly vying for control against the Death Knight. For example, you can hear how when he tells you to leave him to his ice cream, his voice grows deeper and more menacing.
