My question: is pollution the vehicle or the instigator or both? We definitely need a task force on this. In Montreal, we’ve isolated a probable factor: non-essential stores closure until 1/11, meaning less road circulation. We’ll wait and see for the impact of this measure. In the meantime, I’ll continue circulating your story. 🙏🏼
