It follows evidence given about a sim swap, just a day after the 2014 murder.

I'm not a lawyer, but I know that GBV is an evil that we're battling with in society. Nobody can deny that there was a domestic relationship between Kelly and Senzo, and if it is true that Kelly might have had a hand in his death, then it begs the question, why hasn't she been cancelled like in all other GBV cases. Why is her music still playing on our radios and tv screens? We're talking about a murder allegation here where a partner might have had a role to play in the death of her lover. GBV!!

@@vpower432 not only id. Security questions are always put of the sim swap procedure. Kelly had all that information. Address, id, numbers of the people the sim called. It was tumelo madlana, mthoko and Kelly herself.
Security questions was everyone's problem, how did they do it...
@@prudencemolefe6526 it's simple. Once you know 3 numbers you called, you will pass that security questions. On 27th October, it was already in the media that senzo died. A person who assisted Kelly/mathebula on that day, will be the one who can give clear details.
Vodacom forensic expect said the SIM swap was made in a retail shop. And the procedure is, the subscriber must produce an ID copy? But this does not mean anyobody can request a SIM swap using someone's ID.

Who knows from the intruders where Meyiwa's ID was without someone told them where it was ,if at all there were intruders there.There is a phone that was not owned only by one of the accused looks like it was owned by somebody else before. Why don't they call Kelly to come to court. ?. This is typical South African courts as usual have difficulties to prosecute the cases .If the court don't call Kelly as a witness , everyone can suspect what is happening in this country in courts.

Vodacom witness said the SIM swap occurred at a shop in Be more gardens. So why didn't the Investigators get CCTV from the centre or the shop. The fact that a transaction was made on a dead person's phone is criminal
The evidence was leading them to the people that was in the spaza house, that's why they didn't follow it. I want to believe that Kelly is related some how with the high ranking officer in saps. That's why this case is a mess. Dots are not connecting.

How can someone do a sim swap just after few hours of his passing if she wasn't up to defrauding Senzo? There should be Mathebula's statement too of his side of the story regarding his phone n Senzo's swapped sim card.

When you are doing a SIM swap does not mean you can have anybody's ID. The owner of the ID is supposed to produce his/her ID. Vodacom forensic expect was supposed to clarify that in court.

I as ordinary citizen battles to do any transaction without the most important documents /leter of authority proof of residence . and to be there in person . some body is very corrupt here . the shop shouldbe closed for doing fraudelent transaction

It is amazing how individuals are not applying their minds when it comes to attacking KK. The court cannot call someone without enough evidences. The way these accused are continuing trying to implicate KK instead of defending themselves, makes me and certainly the court to believe they indeed killed SENZO. They may have been sent by the widow to kill KK but things went wrong.
