- This week in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial at the Pretoria High Court, Vodacom’s forensic liaison supervisor Pinky Vythilingam came back to the witness stand to give testimony on phone calls that were allegedly made between the accused. Newzroom Afrika's Linda Mnisi reviews the proceedings.

Why? Did you heard that she cannot confirm the data exists? "I cannot confirm that call exists", she said. Then, there is no reason to call KELLY. These accused, at least some of them, killed indeed SENZO but are hiding the real mastermind. They will pay for the crime themselves.

@@kphmkt4575 well. I didn't watch the trial during the week, but I believe the way the Judge sees this request to call KELLY will not change easily. We should look at how a trial is conducted by a Judge in terms of obtaining evidences that are linked and relevant to the matter before the court. One cannot just call anyone to testify. Looking back to the KELLY's sister testimony we may recall that the Judge explained that all in the house were victims, so calling KELLY wouldn't change anything from what her sister and another witness testified. Furthermore, the Judge certainly sees the defense trying to hide their clients on a shield: KELLY. For example, the expert of the telecommunication company made her testimony based on documents proven that certain numbers belongs to KELLY and another person, who I forgot the name. The Judge said it was of no need to call KELLY just for her to confirm the number is her. Even if KELLY ordered to kill SENZO and another thousand persons, what is this going to help the accused? The defense is failing on rebating the charges and evidences/confessions.

The call exists but the numbers are different from the Vodacom data and that of from stain..Now between Vodacom data and that of stain's evidence,,,which one is correct.
It's possible my brother was scammed by people who were working with Bayport loans his number called him to another number he was using while his sim card was in the phone. Next morning he received bank notification that he is making payment at Makro , from bank investigation they told him Vodacom can't tell how his cell number made a call while his sim was in his position in the same device he was on his position
