I work with a Virtual Tour for 4 years. The big problem with Ricoh cameras is the global technical assistance. Its lens are very sensible. If you drop the camera and scratch it or crash its lens you need to change all the equipment. Much money for a big headache.
Just watched the 1M Subscribers video (congratulations, by the way), and made sure to come back to this one to Like and comment on it. I am in the market to buy a house and am frustrated looking at the photos posted for every listing. Perhaps I'm in the minority, but, as a buyer, it drives me nuts how little people seem to care about the photos they provide. Almost none of the listings I see these days have a floor plan or a walk-through video, either. Maybe that's not a thing in my area, or at least not at my price point. This RIcoh setup seems like a very convenient way to get high-quality info out to as many potential buyers as possible.
Good luck, i offer these services and realtors arent allowed to pay third partys because many offices have them in office and they dont use them. Also, the many realtors have their own cameras and dont want to pay any additional costs. Oh and I only charge $300 for up to 2000sq/ft so im cheap and the service isn't worth it to most.
Dude, I'm shelling out around 400 bucks a year for unlimited tours and hosting with this software. I can snatch those MLS photos straight from the tour and charge a solid $150 just for that. But here's the kicker - the real upsell is the virtual tour itself. It gives the listing a boost in the search results during those crucial first few days.
