Hev I miss your review on Samsung's bu series'
Watch again we didn’t get the BU8000 in the United States where i live
What is the difference between cu8000 vs cu8100
Congratulations for being the first youtuber to showcase the cu8000, awaiting comparisons soon
😂 2:14 I’ve been watching the TV with the screen protector on this whole time. I had no idea. Thanks man.
Does the screen marker on the top right corner come of if we remove the screen protector?
I was waiting for this review.
Thank you.
👌
You’re welcome Fran
Loving the vids great work !!
Thank for watching 👍🏽
I just brought this tv the other day. 55 inch size. It was an upgrade from my 43 inch Samsung
I bought a samsung t5300 32 inch tv last December as a Christmas present to myself and I have it in my bedroom I love the tv it had a screen protector I decided not to remove the screen protector and I'm glad I didn't. I love samsung products they're my product of choice my phone and tablet are samsung. My main tv in my living room is a samsung smart TV which Is 9 years old and still works perfectly only thing is technology is moving so quickly these days I am thinking about buying a new tv for my living room but I'm just not sure I want a tv at the moment.
I bought a new TV yesterday. It's the same model. The light and colors are really cool and bright! I know it has a lot of features. It's just a little difficult and complicated to use the remote control. Samsung did a good job. But the old remotes were easier.
Buy this one as a 2nd remote amzn.to/3Rieufm
Thank you
I use the settings button all the time. It actually controls my Blu-ray player, the firestick, and the soundbar. It even lets me see display in Blu-ray, and lets me eject turn off and for some discs even works the pop up menu. You can also move the quick settings bar as you want it. Keep at it 🙃
Can you pull legs out once in to readjust or if later decide to place on wall? How? Don't want to snap any plastic... snaps.
@TechSteve how we go with mounting this on wall considering all connections are in back
I'm all for a high end pretty tv, but that being said, there's something about a just regular and affordable tv (with the right expectations) that has a good image that really just satisfies a lot, and samsung does both the low end and high end very well. I haven't spent more than $500 on a 50" tv every except when I bought an LG C2 to try out once. It was better, but it was quite overwhelming how much taloring it needed to get set up and look good (black levels aside) and underwhelming in other areas I didn't expect especially at the premium price point. With the cheaper samsung I had no issue getting it to look good as it could and the image was still very comfortable to look at, albeit with some tradeoffs but not major ones. Now I'm rocking a TCL Q5/S555 and for $200 when I bought it on sale for the 50", in conjunction to my apple tv 4k, I am going to have a hard time justifying a more expensive TV from now on
Hi @TechSteve, what is the difference between TU8500 and CU8000? Which one is better?
Great vid

I call these line of tv's the best tv's money can get you for the in-laws/grandparents

Whats the best midrange samsung qled tv?
I like the video! I'm looking at the qn85b right now. and a friend suggested crystal UHD. i don't see any comparisons on the 2.
The QN series is much better
@Tech Steve that's what I was assuming. I think I'll go with that! Thanks so much for the video. I'll stick around the channel for awhile.
Appreciate it
Bon travail
Is the ALLM restricted to HDMI eARC/ARC port, or is it available across all the ports? Your input will be really helpful, and you are doing a great work. Thank You.
This tv in a 85 inch has vrr and all on HDMI 2.1 port. Only on 85cu8000
I was wondering the same thing
Can do more Projector video? Yes I understand TV is the main goal of this channel 😊. You could do a Top 10 list of budget TV, something along the line. 8:03 Or this "must TV best place at the centre of the wall, to be more watchable", "where else are a good position for putting a TV" ? 8:03
Only if the right ones comes to my inbox, mainly no name 1080p products are requested and I only do 4k products. Only time will tell
Is it better than the Hisense A7 series?
Can the hot keys be remapped?
Just purchased the UN65CU7000 and I’m loving it.
How does HDR streaming content look? Thanks.
@@brydon10 It looks outstanding in Filmmaker Mode. It removes the juddering and soap opera effect. Skin tones are warm and it runs at 24fps. You truly see the movies as the creators intended them to look. Movie mode is good too. I did notice that in Dynamic More and Standard mode you get the soap opera effect where it throws in more frames per second than the standard 24 fps the we’re used to seeing in movies. Dynamic Mode also puts out an orange skin tone. I keep it in Filmmaker mode because you set it and forget it. If you want to self calibrate you have many options in the other Picture Setting Modes. The sound is good too. Their Amplify Setting sounds a lot like Apple’s Spatial Audio.
when you brought the Tv did it came with Screws and bolts for the Tv mount ? or do you have to buy it seperately ?
Non of them do, it comes with the wall mount
Any model review for samsung ua65es800jx2k??? Please help. I want to order it.
Hi @techsteve
What would be a better TV than the CU8000 but with better imaging and sound? I need a reference that is sold in north africa

I see they have a new model for the qled the Q60C hopefully u get to compare it to the q60b cause that's the 2 im looking at thanks
I have one here, these videos takes about 3 days s to make so soon as i can
@@TechSteve Cool ill wait for your video to help me decide
How to know the Samsung tv is original or fake.. please let me know
Great review. I was wondering if this TV is able to run at 60hz ? The spec online says 50hz for the 65" model. I really don't want to lose 10fps when using it for gaming so was just wondering if you clarify ?
USA region 60Hz EU region 50Hz
@TechSteve Thankyou for the reply. I ended up going for the 120hz, Q80c and I'm really happy with it ☺️
Any review of the TU 7000 65” 2023 model?
TU is a 2021 model here 16 videos th-cam.com/play/PLes1slIzAYk2ZL4rtcQNrYVFXNQTdjW9d.html
I bought one and apparently it only comes with English language and I want to put it in Spanish. Does anyone know if it's time to update it and how does someone help me?
Can you please do a Q80B vs AU8000 🙏🏼.
Really trying to decide between a 65" Q80B or a 75" AU8000.
I don’t have those sizes, I purchased based off of my personal budget
Q80B should be better
AU9000 crystal TV Samsung is something very special
No comparison the Q80B is wayyyyy better. The Q 80B has all the features of a high end TV. With the Q80B I recommend the 65in and up they are the best. The Q80B is the secret it’s better than tv ‘s that cost way more it hangs with the big dogs and works with what it’s got extremely well
I was looking at this vs lg nano cell at Best Buy. I have to admit the colors popped more on the Samsung. I’m just hesitant to buy another Samsung tv I’ve had a few bad experiences with them where my 10 year old Hisense is still kicking.
It's all just luck. I've had a samsung yv for 8 years no issues.
I have a Samsung from 2010 one of the first LED’s and it’s still working perfectly and gets used all the time. My 2016 Samsung went out a few months ago but that’s after 7+ years of literally never getting turned off. Just picked up another Samsung 85in QLed a few months ago and it’s just gorgeous. Samsung makes great TV’s they are definitely in the running for best TV supplier. Q LEDs have gotten sooo gorgeous these days especially there Q8 and above series just gorgeous. Went to get an Oled left with a QLed instead. The new Samsung QD Oleds look unbelievable that’s the ultimate tv and now they are making them in bigger sizes the 65in was the biggest when I bought a few months ago but I had to have an 85in bigger always wins with me and I am very happy with my QLed
Thanks

OK thank you

Wondering what the experience is like when using Apple TV box.
Apple TV makes everything look better
Can anyone tell how to change the resolution
You can’t change the resolution on TV it’s based on streaming services and media players like 4k blu ray players
4:54 is that Samsung Note 9? Legit question. Cuz its hard to tell... funny.. I just been looking at getting a 512/ 8Gb Ram model lately...... Rlly need a headphone jack and physical Fingerprint scanner
If it is a Note... Is it a 8gb ram
And HOWS it treating you in 2023?.. Rlly want one 🙋🏻♂️
I only use it on videos, I’m mainly an iPhone user
Does it work well on ps4 and 5 ?
Very basic, the q70c or higher is the way to go for up to 120Hz

Average consumer TV I see tons of them at Best Buy
Cool
Does it have Dolby Digital sound?
No
Ñet
Not
Yes Dolby Sound is standard in most TVs
how about 120hz 1080
It’s only a 60Hz panel that’s the max
Only AU9000 crystal TV has 1080p 120hz
Can connect ps5 to this tv?
Yes
@@TechSteve tankyou ,I can't afford to buy 120Hz products and I was afraid that it wouldn't fit my game console or it would give bad results
A high percentage of the games are still 60Hz

this is the first tv that looks bad on my cheap aoc monitor, the image is washed out.

It looks like this new Samsung suffers from the exact same problem that every other Samsung TV made over the past several years also suffers from: dramatically over boosted and over saturated colors that consumers have to try and figure out how to correct. Why is it that in 2023 Samsung STILL can't manage to get their colors right? I'm sure they dropped support for Google Assistant for the exact same reason why Samsung still doesn't support Dolby Vision in ANY of their TVs - they don't want to pay a licensing fee. Yet another Samsung TV to PASS on (because you can get FAR more actual value and bang-for-the-buck from several of their competitors).
Alot of great points, we still have to give them credit for the most sold TV brand in the world. TCL, LG and Hisense are fighting for 2nd www.statista.com/statistics/1266988/global-leading-manufacturers-tv-market-share-sales-volume/
@@TechSteve no credit at all from my side for billions spent on marketing while completely ignoring customer support, periodic updates to solve problems in addition to the number of faulty panels in all thier mid-range TVs (LCDs/some of their minileds also)
@@clansman81eg facts, Samsung TV's are cheaply made, I've had to replace two Samsung TV's after just 18 months of use, the backlight died on two different models, I replaced them with TCL and haven't had any problems so far
@@veezob2440 the worst company ever, they even screwed their lineups of Minileds, never will buy their products again.
@@veezob2440 i still use my KS 8000 Samsung from 2016 ... 30.000 hours and still counting
I don’t understand how Samsung still makes edgelit tv’s in 2023. Completely 15 year old technology.
Direct lit makes TV bulky. They have oled and mini led technology what would you suggest they do?
I'm quite sure that this TV has a lifetime of 2-3 years at best like it's recent disposable predecessors (TU7000/8000, the AU's, etc.). Samsung never again...
Electronics in general are different, I’ve been around for awhile and people forget when a 15” sharp lcd cost $1600 so in my opinion, the quality has suffered but you get alot more for the dollar.
@@TechSteve it’s not good argument though, considering e-waste
I didn’t make it i just tell you what comes with it
4k TVs are vile and repulsive. They make your eyes hurt and they're a complete waste of money. 480p, 720p, and 1080p TVs are much better. The picture quality is crisp and crystal clear, and the resolution is perfectly adequate for all of your viewing needs. Why would anyone pay more for a 4k TV when it doesn't even look any better than a 1080p TV? 4k really sucks and should be avoided at all costs.
All righty then.
@@TechSteve 4k TVs are dumb and inferior to mighty 1080p TVs. The 1080p TVs are built with better picture quality that truly show off the beauty of HD. 4k TVs are just a gimmick and an overpriced waste of money. Upscaling 1080p Blu-Ray to a 4k TV is like putting lipstick on a pig. It's dog sh*t. If you truly want to be impressed by HD, you need a 1080p TV. 4k is a complete joke compared to its 1080p counterpart.
Lol
Somebody had a bad day
@@TechSteve I rather live in the past.
Hi Sr I bought the Samsung 75” CU7000 two weeks ago cause it was affordable, what can you tell me about this tv ?
I made several videos
Bought it, having problems on day 2. It's having issues finding the network. I don't think this is exclusive to Samsung. Just all smart tvs these days are made too cheap. I'll play all the games later to try and correct its little feelings about the network.
How old is your router, you need an updated one
@@TechSteve It's less than 5 months old. And everything else in the house picks it up.
That’s a complicated question, I’m not there to troubleshoot. If you can get access to your router settings see if there is a firmware update.
