    Never thought I could’ve run this distance especially with such short amount of time and the chaotic past few weeks hahah !! What a day ! I already have my eyes on bigger challenges (always up for a side quest ahah) have you guys ever tried trail running ? It’s magical !

    Congratulations on finishing the UTMB race! Awesome :) ...and congratulations on smashing the semester - hope you will enjoy well deserved rest now. I like trail running but struggle with knee pain - wondering if it can be sorted with exercises and strenghtening the knees. Also plese pass kudos to your filmer - wow, what a dedication to the job to run to so many spots! - I know how much effort goes in following the person you support during event as I was just fiming my best friend on his first Ironman 70.3. Missed the doggo - hope he will make appearance in the next video :)

      Thank you so much for such kindness !! Yess David is the best !! So committed haha, and it is so true I always say that it is a team sport cause without their support everything would be so much harder ! And for your knee pain so sorry to hear !! Knee pain can have many different origin but is often due to lack of strength, and some targeted strength exercise can really help relieve it ! Maybe I could speak of this in one of the next video !! Do you have pain mostly downhill or uphill??

      @@MathildeTily Thank you for asking and care :) Definitely more downhill but even on flat when I run longer than 10km. It was always an issue running half-marathons and why I did full marathon only once. I definitely did a lot of stretching advised for "runners knee" and didn't see any improvement but maybe more targeted strenght exercises would help, I'm not giving up. I was using tape for competitions (supporting knee cap) and that definitely helped but i would want to be able to compete and train without taping.

      but trail running and triathlon are different trainings 😂
