Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is weird because inklings don’t die in water when they normally should
Aidansillygames 1 I enjoy them anyway, even if there are dark moments in the single player campaigns, like screams of agony and clanking in the background or the screams of agony of other test subjects being blended alive(Octo Expansion)

Inkling dont die instantly when in water they actually drown instead because they suck at swimming.
I actually pulled off the “flying through the roof” of music park once
Same I was really confused and saved it as a video, the weird thing was that my glider came out even though it was a gray ramp

that happens literally everytime u go off that ramp on 200cc
Sadly none of these are useful unlike in Mario Kart Wii.
Might be fun for trolling, if you could get triple shells and do an out of bounds clip, you could try to hit someone as lakitu drags you up through the track to drop you back onto it
@@flavipix Yeah, for online they would suck, but they would be interesting for time trials and speedruns.

@@flavipix No, sadly. Glitches are fun and don't hurt the game as long as they are banned online or just hard to pull off.
The fact you can clip through the roof is nice to know I suppose. You can't go _too fast_ on that jump
A lot of these glitches were in the non deluxe version. I guess they didn't even bother to patch them out 😭
@Oxnard Darcy Well I mean the vast majority of players wouldn't know these glitches exist since they have no practical applications whatsoever (so I wouldn't exactly call it a rushed port job...?)
To be fair, none of these inhibit normal gameplay

I just love the fact that in (SOME)Mario kart games, the developers just never really seem to care, which makes the game an absolute masterpiece.
Yep, they don, t care about any glitch.
Honestly, aside from the edge clipping, MK8 is a very glitch-free game. The others are mostly minor glitches.

I was playing with my sister once and she got stuck behind the fence near the end of yoshi's valley. She used the bullet bill and she still didnt go anywhere and after a few seconds the bullet bill stopped much sooner than it was supposed too.

I remember a little glitch happened in Cheep Cheep Beach when I was doing the 200cc time trial.
I was playing as Iggy with the Landship and Azure Roller wheels.
When I tricked off the boost ramp after the glider section, I landed on a green starfish and it launched me into the air.
"Shell shards don't disappear in replays..." Evidently, the Koopas have the power to turn back time.
If this game were up to me, that Music Park glitch would've generated a record scratch.

I discovered that shell replay glitch as soon as I started playing Mario Kart 8. Lol.
If you get high enough in toads turnpike where the overpass is you see an unused section of road with item boxes on it i only managed to get high up enough once landed in the middle its an out of bounds section

The Music Park one is in MK8 as well and all you need to do is have 200cc on. Easy
i’ve gone through the roof of music park plenty of times on purpose 😂
So I have an error/glitch I need help fixing, so my kart drives backwards on it's own but if I try going forwards my kart goes slow and even I hear weird engine kart starting noises in the switch controls. (I play this on nintendo switch) and the car sometimes doesn't wanna advance it just stays their but with the weird noises, and to try to go faster when I go backwards I move to the correct place but backwards so I can play without having to have the glitch as a problem. but lakitu gets in way and pulls me back the right way but I still glitch even if I exit and re enter and it sucks. Can someone please give me a solution to this problem please? I really want to play but this glitch ruins the fun.

In GBA Mario Circuit, if you drive and follow on top of the [-shaped wall after the anti-gravity section, lakitu will pick you up and freak out will doing it! Eventually he'll put you back on the track!

I love this game but the biggest problem with it is holding two items
It is not a Deluxe Edition without a Custom Lap Option for Single Player and Local Wireless Multiplayer.
