Nice vlog guys, a bit different than usual but still enjoyable to watch! Omg you guys eat so little for breakfast and lunch but eat like a king for dinner. Quite the opposite of us haha. Ah so the secret to Yen's tiny abs is Chloe Ting's workout, we might need to start doing it now too haha to get rid of our fat. The hotpot at home looks really good! There is something about eating hot pot at home with family that feels different than eating in a restaurant ♥

Yen having Up & Go drink to get up and going for the day 😄 The only time we go to gym for 3-4 times a week was right before our wedding, the routine never came back after that lol! I like Chloe Ting's workouts too!! Really painful after each session for me lol!! Yen really sweated it out, Peter is like almost clear :P Nice play on the Ukelele Peter!!
😁 we have to work out... or at least I have to. Cause i eat such a ridiculous amount of food especially junk food. Need to balance it out. Yen somehow has great genes when it comes to weight she's always trim. 😅 but still good to work out stay healthy 🌿💪

We eat our meals whenever normally don't have a set time. Sometimes we don't get hungry at all and other times we eat a lot 😂 yen's the mastermind behind all the effects on the videos now 👍 and sundai is super cool 😁✌

Heya Rachel 🙂👋 How have you been? You can get those shaved thin lamb slices from the frozen section in Tai Ping in Mt Wellington. Not sure what the English name might be on it but if you look for 小羊羔火锅羊肉 and the clear packaging you see in the video that'll be it! 😊 You can also get the sauces from there too! Look for 川崎火锅蘸料 or maybe you can show the staff the scene from the video of the sauce packaging and they can help you hahaha good luck!! 🍀🍀 Let us know how you get on 😁🙌 All you'll need then is a delicious soup base, whatever other yummy goodies and to not overcook the lamb in it, delicious hot pot sorted 🙌😊👍👍

Hahaha most mornings we're pretty happy 😁 yes! They have started vaccinations for front line staff and their families already. Hopefully start rolling out to the rest of the country in the second half of the year I believe.

Random question, we would love to know the name of the tray of thin sliced lamb and where can you get it from? My husband took one look at the hotpot spread and wanted one 😊
Heya Rachel 🙂👋 How have you been? You can get those shaved thin lamb slices from the frozen section in Tai Ping in Mt Wellington. Not sure what the English name might be on it but if you look for 小羊羔火锅羊肉 and the clear packaging you see in the video that'll be it! 😊 You can also get the sauces from there too! Look for 川崎火锅蘸料 or maybe you can show the staff the scene from the video of the sauce packaging and they can help you hahaha good luck!! 🍀🍀 Let us know how you get on 😁🙌 All you'll need then is a delicious soup base, whatever other yummy goodies and to not overcook the lamb in it, delicious hot pot sorted 🙌😊👍👍

Hahaha most mornings we're pretty happy 😁 yes! They have started vaccinations for front line staff and their families already. Hopefully start rolling out to the rest of the country in the second half of the year I believe.
