Powerful stuff. Just put my testimony up as well. So many years of heroin and hard drug abuse to almost taking my life on a highway. In a coma, had my last rites read twice, but God had a different plan and worked a miracle for certain. Check it out if you have a half hr and want to hear more about how Christ restores all things. Hi, I am a Christian and I have been considering using marijuana for pain and anxiety. I haven't yet because I don't want to be addicted to a substance, especially one which muddles my thinking. I've never smoked it. You said you "got high"...is it possible to use it responsibly like one takes a pain pill from a doctor? Please pray for me. I have had similar thoughts of suicide and lost my job recently. Thanks for your help. I'm happy you found Jesus. Without Him life is not worth living. God bless you.
Doc Creed I would strongly consider seeking an alternative therapy from anxiety aside from weed. I have no proof but from personal experience, at least for me as a Christian, I’m fairly certain God wants me to be of sober mind. He wants me to seek Him first above all things, including my depression and anxiety. He says “be anxious for nothing instead pray about everything”. Praying for you!
@@Justintime25 Thank you, Justin. I prefer not to rely on any substance, just the Holy Spirit. You're absolutely right. It's just been tempting to lean on pills for instant relief because of the cycle of addiction.

Doc Creed Hi brother, I was in your situation not long ago. I wanted to try weed to help alleviate my depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and insomnia, but I knew it couldn’t be God’s plan. It was through surrendering all to Jesus and trusting in Him I was completely healed. I made a testimony video just a few days ago in detail. I really think it may help you. From my own experience, using marijuana worsen my depression. It got much, much worse after. I would smoke, "relax", and after a few days I fall into a much worse depression (I was using it about once a week). I only started feeling better after quitting, making regular use of proper medication and asking God/Jesus to help me get rid of suicide toughts. Do not fall into that trap. Marijuana ehances all simptons in the long run, does not "treat" them.
