I will admit I was suprised by the city that took the #1 spot but I love it all the same. If you are thinking of moving to Georgia you will definitely want to hear this!

    As usual great video!
    1. I have never been to Johns creek so will definitely check it out.
    2. Honestly I would move to Rabun county (The sticks :))
    3. Woodstock has passed Roswell as a place to live and work. Although the amount of construction currently is crazy. When it is done in late 2025 it will be amazing.

Thanks for watching! My family and I just returned from Rabun- absolutely beautiful countryside. The mountain views are breathtaking.

Thanks for the amazing info. Is there any specific reason Cumming is not at all in the list? Because ITP and OTP?

There were a few others that were on the list, Duluth, Berkeley Lake, Woodstock, just not in the top 10. Surprisingly, Cumming didn't make it to the list. There are great home options in Cumming that are more affordable than some of the other surrounding suburbs, however, Cumming has not built up quite as much and I think that is hurting them a little. Cumming City Center has come a long way but it is also taking a very long time. I am interested to see if the hockey arena being built will drive buyers to the area.
