Everyone is saying the real estate industry is going to take a hit if it hasn't already. Interest rates, over-development, people getting laid off, inflation, etc. We are now heading into a recession. Do you agree with this? Should anyone buy in this environment? Is it better to rent? Is it OK to continue to invest in multi-families? Do landlords have an advantage now? Thanks.

I believe people should do their due diligence and find out what works best for them. I can tell you in the circles I am involved with, there's no slowing down.
