This show is unlike any other on TV right now. It is virtuous, wholesome, intelligent, and humorous. It is refreshing to have a show like this that is great for all ages. It needs more seasons please! :) #SaveForever !!!
This show had characters you cared about; it was intelligent, witty, touching and limitless potential for story ideas! Come on--where else in television would you find Ioan Gruffudd, 41, portraying the tender, loving father to Judd Hirsch, 80? And they are such talented actors, it seemed like the most natural father/son relationship! Why in the world didn't ABC capitalize on this and market the show more?? Both Ioan and Judd have supporters in the U.S. and internationally. The entire cast had great chemistry! ABC execs underestimated the potential of this show and the passion of its viewers. And once again, a show of quality is taken from us and we are left with reality shows where women (and sometimes men) look like blubbering idiots, sitcoms where parents look like blubbering idiots, glorified primetime soap operas, and hours of everything I never wanted to know about a kardashian--and told because of the archaic rating system this is what America wants! No, this is what makes me give up on network tv!
Although at this point probably just a retrospective, I want to tell you that this was a BEAUTIFUL tribute to one of the greatest shows ever created for television. Absolutely stunning work!

I cannot believe the absolute stupidity, incompetence and unjustifiable reason behind canceling this GREAT show! The absolute rubbish that is on the TV and is still on has me absolutely gobsmacked! ABC must be filled with a load of cretins or people who do not have two brain cells between the lot of them! BRING BACK FOREVER and redeem yourselves! Save Forever!!!
