I'm really enjoying this 'Whole' series you are doing. Thank you for giving this as your gift to the world. Looking forward to getting into this deeper.

I’ve been feeling so wound up the past 4 months, and have been saying I’m going to do sitting meditation or movement meditation for a while. I did this today, discovering it through what felt like a synchronistic rabbit hole, and am so glad. As I felt I into these different areas, I started crying as things unfurled. I’ll be back

Wow, this is amazing! When my adhd meds start wearing off I feel so tense and anxious, and I kind of beat myself up for it, trying to get back the calmness of earlier on in the day. My thoughts become more erratic etc. and I go through the rest of my day trying to catch the black cloud of anxiety and dread in a net, and all it does is constrain my body. Constantly trying to divert my attention, numb and battle with each thought that comes up leaves me exhausted and on the road to an autistic meltdown.
This meditation allowed me to realise I can relax my body and let the anxiety still be there. Releasing my muscles that are trying to trap the discomfort. I started to feel the blood warming my hands, feet and ears because I allowed my breath to expand there.
It reminded me of when my wisdom tooth impacted, and I was in blinding pain trying to get to sleep and I eventually thought to myself “this pain isn’t going to go away, but I can go to sleep alongside it” and I fell flat asleep haha.
Thank you so much for this meditation, I’ll be listening to this very often!

Amazing so great to hear! Definitely keep it up and also check out my other videos on equanimity, especially the interview I do with Byron who overcame severe chronic pain, it’s really an amazing story :)

I got a concussion around a year and a half ago, it has let me with a throbbing chronic headache on the right side of my head and back of my right eye. It used to be a pounding headache, I felt more open to it after this meditation and it felt expanded. Once again thank you 🙏 for this beautiful while meditation series, thank you for your help. I’m grateful and I appreciate it.

Yah that video was a game changer for my migraines. I became functional during a migraine 3 separate days in a row and photo/phonophobia went away. Took some practice with the Shinzen Breakthrough Pain audio but it was like a super power...
