Thanks for the video. I enjoyed watching it. I was noticing that you like very low gears in quite fast corners. For example in 0:14, 1:05, 1:24 and 1:38. Can you explain me why you did this? I want to improve my driving in sim racing and I was wondering if high gears are better than low gears in this type of turns. I know that depends a lot on the car and on the setup but I guess you can still tell me something as a general rule. Thanks a lot.
well the Aston does 110km/h in first gear, and in general if grip is decent you would use the lowest possible gear for best possible acceleration. in some corners (vale at silverstone) you might stay in a gear higher if traction is an issue.
