I just noticed after reading that is a new built home. BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL! WOW! Brand new built from the ground. I knew This was the house I saw in my dreams. I Love It.
I would have preferred overhead cabinets and a microwave over the range instead the exhaust hood. I felt the shower, toilet, and the vanity in the bathrooms were not well placed. It felt all wrong. I understand they probably had to do it that way because where the windows were placed. Moreover, there was no place to mount the tv because most of the windows in the house are blocking everything.
WOW UNBELIEVABLE! For $315,000 dollars when can I move in? This is the one I'll just have to build a private fence around the house. Meanwhile, Thank you for this videos. God Bless
Like the service door off the kitchen. Housing is still far far overpriced. $120,000 max on this one. Realtor or seller have nothing to do with where the market is. My house sold in 6 days in 2020 at a price way higher than I thought it was worth or that I would get. 🤷

I s it me or I am surprised that Rod Sterling or Forrest Wititcur hosts Of the twilight zone are not narrators of these housing videos ! No wonder folks are living in section eight apartments or trailer parks working two jobs to reside in a meager studio apartment or living with someone else who is working or living with parents or parents living with their children or living out of their car or on the streets!
