Hey I’m the one that talked to you on the cb today at the on-route. Great to see you out here I figured I would one day I run the corridor Monday to Friday. Have a good ride see ya out there again
I was on a mission to get back in time to get truck parts I’m sure you’ve been in that situation I was Rollin lite anyway otherwise I would have ran with you. Always next time I’ll keep an eye out for ya
When I’m not dragging a flatbed I’m pulling a tanker both of which are low, but low bridge signs always make you think twice even if you’ve been there before.
Nice drive, great weather, good roads, largely flat ground. Relaxing. Rig had an easy time. Lots of driveways though, gotta keep an eye out. Really nice when everything clicks. You will miss this when winter comes lol. Thanks for the video. 👍
😎🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 excellent video love hearing that Peterbilt thank you for sharing this video can’t wait for the next one to come out where are you driving in Ontario Well I guess you are my favourite truck driver now in Ontario Canada because I don’t watch anyone else thanks again for sharing
It kinda looks like the Netherlands out there, only difference is that the Netherlands is even more flat, great video again mate, have a great day, greetings from the Netherlands
Nice little ride through the sticks. I was waiting on that 4 wheeler to blow by ya after that left turn but I didn't see the delivery van back there, he surprised me. That one shift didn't sound good at all, sounded like ya didn't have it all the way in gear and it jumped back out. I don't hear that rattle/vibration today. Stay safe and heathy out there! Spoke to ya later.😎
Yeah I was waiting for him too! Not sure atm which gear shift in this video you’re chatting about but this trans likes to kick out of third and seventh. It makes for some sketchy situations sometimes!
Oh that one! Yeah I went for the wrong gear and retracted my shift but it still caught the gear a little bit and then popped out. Not great for the running gear when that happens!
I gave up waving long time ago with most drivers. A lot of them these days are steering wheel holders. They'll cut you off before they wave back. Be safe driver
Hey, I have to ask you - realize that I am not a truck driver but I'm absolutely fascinated with what you do and I want to learn - were you splitting gears on the low side as you made those turns or started from stops? I apologize for asking what is probably a stupid question.
No worries not a stupid question! When I start from a stop I usually start in low gear with the splitter on, then first with the splitter off, and go 1, 2, 3, and then split the rest of the gears starting at the 4th gear. I’m going to do a video on shifting sometime soon. 👍
@@callthemall Shit! Please do. I confess my ignorance, but I so desperately want to learn, understand the movement, the sound, the feel of the engine and transmission, and rear end. The gears. I'm silly and distracted when it comes to this stuff, but I wish I weren't.
no blah blah blah no on n on n on no yack yack yack just a video listening 2 that sweet diesel engine purr.u u my friend know how 2 make a great video.

"The Engineer" driving those trains all over.
A true professional!
The road reminds me of old Rt. 66.
i used to live on that wellington road 22 there
I would absolutely love if you could do a 15 minute or 30 minute idle from in the cab. I love the sound of the C15 idle.
Interesting idea, I’ll see what I can do!
@@callthemall I cant find a c15 or 3406 idle video anywhere on youtube. Nothing of quality or length

Dang I missed ya! Live in Guelph right now and do a lot of work/driving in the area, hope to see you on the road one day!
Hey, you talking about Guelph in Ontario? I am 25 mins north east of Guelph, Ontario.
