Edit: Looks like I was wrong. It was actually Studio 4°C, who where responsible for a few Berserk OVAs.
not true. Studio Trigger was the one they wanted, but ultimately they couldn't bc they were too busy with other projects. Studio 4°C ended up being the ones to animate the fight.

Actually, they WERE going to get Studio TRIGGER to animate it, but they didn’t have enough time. So they got 4*Celsius instead
I think the Molly episode at the end was actually great, she’s boring but she’s a sweetheart so you can’t hate her, and honestly I’m just a sucker for that kind of platonic affection at the end
they wanted for Studio Trigger (Kill La Kill/Cyberpunk) studio to animate the fight but they were busy, so 4°C (Berserk/Asura's Wrath) did it instead
The grieving was an actual horror fan creepy pasta. There have been revamps but it's kinda disturbing but not really at the same time. I would love to see you watch it but it's up to you.

I'm pretty sure both this Gumball bit and that Batman bit were just a reference to legal disclaimers; they share a common origin, but one isn't directly referencing the other.
Like, for example, both _Shrek_ and _Gravity Falls_ contain a reference to the movie _Babe_ (the "That'll do, [insert name here], that'll do" bit), but they're not referencing each other.
But if that's how you want to see it, then you do you, I suppose.
