I like the idea of having characters unlockable from rifts but with Agent Smith, I beat every rift on easy, advanced and crushing difficulty yet still was three off from getting him, over half the rifts were missing difficulties and it just made him way too much of a pain to get if people were able to get him, especially since you had to take the time to level up these new gems for the harder difficulties

The answer is definitely yes its in a good spot. However, the horde mentality of it being a bad game online at relaunch just caused it to leak players again. I truly love this game, but man worried about the player base count a year from now
