In Purwokerto there is BATURRADEN tourism and in Purbalingga there is GOA LAWA (cave) tourism and LEMBAH ASRI SERANG (D'LAS) tourism 🙏 These two cities are only 25 minutes apart, and have the same food, namely soto banyumas, es durian, and tempe mendoan. The best pecel is pecel Madiun is the legend one. Madiun region is where pecel made for the first time. When Ied Mubarak, and every family serve and made pecel for their family member who come or visit from other city or province. Best moment to come in East Java is when Ied Mubarak. Big city become empty but SmallTown or village will be colourfull for about a week or more. When fasting moon end they celebrate with fiesta firework and takbir all around the nation.

So we rented our bike in Banyuwangi and had an EPIC road trip around East / Central Java before returning it to Banyuwangi.
This was perfect for us but I’m not sure how that would work if you are flying into / leaving from different airports.

If you go to Lumajang city recomended for you destination "Puncak Bukit B29. You can see panorama mountain Bromo the other side. You can go to famaus waterfall " Tumpak Sewu" . Now it's rainy season, it's the best to travel in the morning. I hope you enjoy. Be careful save your healt. ❤.

It would be nice if you learn some basic Indonesian language, so it will be easier for you guys to translate. You can learn from another fellow TH-camr like The Lost Boys. They can speak Indonesian very well.
Ask them some advice how to learn Indonesian. So if you got some deep talk with locals, at least you understand what s/he talking about.
One more thing. If you got local tour guide anywhere in Indonesia, you can ask them to teach some Indonesian language as well. Indonesian expression would be a good start.
We would love to learn more Indonesian! I guess it’s hard after only two weeks in the country 😅 we’ve learned the basics but love the language so will definitely keep learning things day by day! Little by little ✨🙏🏼
