  • Here is a $25 Table Craps Strategy that was submitted as part of my Dice Advice series. Thank you to Edward McKay for sending this one to me. This has some interesting aspects to it, but like any strategy, the dice have to roll in your favor in order to color up.

    Too much to remember with this strategy. I prefer a 6-8 spread strategy. You place the 6 and 8 after the point is established and collect on the first hit. On the second hit, you place the 5 or 9. After another hit, you have three units profit, so you take down all place bets. Repeat until you have a profit of ten units overall and then you can start pressing and letting your bets ride. You have to be patient with this strategy and have the ability to jump back in when you sense the shooter is having a great roll.
    Also, never just jump in on a new shooter. Always let the shooter earn your money by making at least one point and lasting at least 7 rolls without a seven-out.

    After getting aces and wining $50 on your $25 field, you opened the 5 & 9 which was good, but why roll another field? Why not just put that quarter on the 6/8 $12 press on each?

    @Jeremy - this is very similar to my "No Heinz 57" strategy - I press the 1st three rolls, regress then press the next two and start collecting. On $5 and $10 min tables your initial regress would be to lower limits (to pocket more winnings and lower amount at risk).

    I use to play the iron cross and it's not bad for beginners. In this case, your $25 field bet is too much for a $25,$30,$30 5-6&8. It makes much more sense to do $160 across with out the field, that way, your not losing your odds on your place bets. But, to each their own.

  • @bowlinglefty

    My strategy for $25 tables is to stay the hell away. If you give in the casino won't ever reduce the minimum bet back to normal and might even decide it's ok to raise it. I can still play $5 or $10 craps tables where I live. If they ever jack them up, I'll find something else to do.

    High rolling time!!!
    So color me confused. I believe it was a couple times that you lost in the field and didn't win anything trying to get the nine place period then instead of going in the field you went ahead and placed the 25 on the 9. Now my confusion is why not just place the five and nine together if you went on the field or whatever you win on inside numbers.
    but I know Jeremy this is not your strategy. And of course any strategy can win it depends on what is rolled.

    Hello Color Up?
    Some say I should Make my own video, but I have to give credit to yours as you do break it down Sesame style and I do understand it well, thank you. Budget speaking, how can I erase the fear of tossing a seven out? When I get hot, I'm really hot, I probably have tossed over half an hour or maybe even longer without seven out, which is pretty bad for me as I could've won A LOT of place bets alone! So do you have any Casino Craps videos of cutting down the fear of tossing a seven for a Guy on a Budget?

    • @ColorUp
      @ColorUp  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No videos, because I’m still figuring out myself. Having proper bankroll for your betting style is the first step. Then you just have to get comfortable pressing, it’s gambling, you just got to be willing to lose it, in order to win the big roll.

    This is similar to the strategy I use on $25 tables. However I’ll skip the hop and only bet the field with inside bet winnings. I’ll stay with a shooter for 5 rolls then turn off. However, if the table is hot, I press to a max of $200 for 5/9, $300 for 6/8 and buy 5/10 for max of $250.

      I can only imagine being able to put that money on a table and not grab it and run for the hills!!!
      But yet somehow I prefer more aggressive strategies. this one is aggressive but it is also weird with all the field and hopping and don't want to point seven. So you're trying to be efficient limiting the rolls and next thing you know you're in the field for five rolls?!?!?!

      @@clueless9245 for me it’s a matter of money management. There have been times I’ve pressed past my stop limit because the table was hot. But when it gets cold, I move to a different strategy and frolic in the dark side.

      @@denniswilliams9092 LOL.....frolicking on the dark side.
      The weirdest part though is the role of the dice is completely random. So people can call a table hot but that's seven will roll. And is it coming before the points? Is it coming a lot? But of course that's why you show up to the table with a strategy. Does not mean it's going to work but you got to start somewhere besides betting blind.

    I understand what is being done. But if you hit that first field bet, place the 5 and the 9. If any of your numbers hit, you will get paid $35 or $36 dollars which gives you enough to press your 6 and 8. The problem with using the field is that 5/6/8 will lose you money. You are risking $25 to get $25.

    There is only one way and one way only to neutralize the overall edge mathematically in the law of independent processes, in order to fluctuate within and between your individual variance factor of bankroll, bet structure and overall GV within the game. Unfortunately, this isn't it - even though any system especially dependent on higher bankroll amounts can appear to work in the short term.

    I've played a lot of different strategies and the only one that ever worked consistently is the simplest one. Play the don't pass for the minimum amount and put the highest odds on it that you can afford - and don't play anything else. Yeah it's boring, but if you can go 10 or better still 20 times odds it's essentially an even bet.

    I must say again and again. Why people so fixated on the six and eight? First of all, most of the casinos on the east coast make you pay $5 minimum on a hop bet at a $25 table. What I do on a $25 table is bet $100 on the outside, and $5 on each hardway. If the 5 or 9 hit I alternate press the winnings on the 4 and 10. Even with your rolls you would have been OFF the table in four rolls using that method. With a $20 horn bet on those aces you threw, you could've pressed up that 4 and 10. ONE hit and you are off the table with solid winnings.....

    • @ColorUp

      People like the 6/8 because they have 10 combinations to roll. Your method is fail proof?

      @@ColorUp There are more combinations for the six and eight. But UNLESS you have much larger amounts on them, you must hit them four or five times to make decent money. ONE horn bet, parlayed onto a hardway or the four or ten seems a lot more likely to succeed than to wait for inside to hit numerous times. The average shooter will throw a seven in seven throws. Seems like you throw one in four tries. The video you made where the shooter required that you pinch the dice then toss gave you great results. Good luck

      Moving risk around is all any strategy does. Its up to the individual to figure out where they want to risk their money. More likely to hit a 6/8 for less winnings, or less likely to hit the 4/10 for more winnings. Risk is risk, but like rick said, with any betting strategy you have to have the dice roll in your favor.

  • @thespanish21god86
    @thespanish21god86 ปีที่แล้ว

    I don't like this strategy because there is TOO much pressing to begin with and NOT enough collecting!
    I am ALWAYS in favor of a strategy where you ALWAYS collect FIRST and then press and then just KEEP doing that for a certain amount of rolls or indefinitely until the shooter sevens-out IF you have recouped your initial investment!
