I've been using PWA for a couple of months now and love it - especially the snooze function. But miss having 'Quick Steps' and I have problems setting up recurring appointments. But on the whole, so much more functionality than the old desktop app...
Ah that's crap, the Quick Parts? I hoped that the shortcut (typing the name of the Quick Part and pressing F3) might work, but just tried that and it's a no go. However, there are two add-ins you might want to try. One is My Templates and the other is Template Phrases. Similar concepts, and hopefully one would work for you! The recurring appointments works for me... does it just not work at all for you?

In the desktop app I had 'Quick Steps' set up - such as 'Do Today' which would move it to the specified folder and add a flag with today so it was in my tasks - just as an example. I can't see an alternative to Quick Steps in PWA 😞
I would like to use the Outlook web version, but then I can no longer do a mail merge. Can I use both a desktop and a web account? Possibly under a different email address. Love de video.
Geoff!!! 🥰 I've seen articles online that state it should work in Safari but with varying degrees of success. Maybe try opening it in Chrome or Edge on your Mac?

Hi Alejandro, when you use OneNote PWA or the app, regardless of the device all our data is on Microsoft OneDrive. The data is synced from there, thus when you use PAW or the app all your notes will sync and be available. Daily I use OneNote. It is my hope this helps you.

doesnt work at all. the only app i can downlaod is for my phone it states. MS is going further and further down the pecking order for me
