The Tahoe truck-based design means if you tow or haul heavy loads frequently, the Tahoe is the better choice imho. However, if you rarely tow, and maybe just fill this with 6 or 7 people and cargo a few times a year. This is a great option. Just get the "tow package" on it with the transmission oil cooler. I had a 2012 Traverse that did not and by 8 years old the trans was dying because I have a big family and we go up into the mountains frequently.

Guys Tahoe is easy 20 grand more than a similar equipped Traverse. You can’t simply choose Tahoe over Traverse. It is like paying for another car loan. Traverse offers the best space and engine for the mid size third row suv segment period. If you need a truck based vehicle then yes Tahoe is a good choice.

When I was looking to buy the Traverse no one was doing an in depth review of the Premier trim level. I ended up getting the 2022 Premier Trim level and I’m very happy with the decision.
I also added the body color side rails to help the children climb in easier, that could have been wider.
The tow package which was great in an emergency, haven’t needed it since.
The reason I got the premier trim level was because it was the lowest trim level that also had memory seats. It’s a must for me. I need my seat to return to my preferred position after someone else drives the car without having to constantly tweaking it back to my desired position.

I think this team does an excellent vehicle review. I think this team has honed their skills as salesmen and are adept and telling the viewer exactly what they need to know prior to making a car purchase. I truly appreciate this team's insight and look forward to more reviews from them. I'd like to see more side by side comparisons. Additionally, it would have been nice to have seen the "real" seat position of the 2nd and 3rd row of the vehicle. I think that's the only thing that is lacking in this video.

3 major issues with all manufacturers
1- huge tires. A 17 or 18 inch tire is enough. There is enough sidewall and tire looks meatier.
2- Gloss black plastic. It looks good for less than a week and then dust and scratches start showing, looks very old very fast.
3- Bench seats. Not everyone needs captain seats. Some of us want to seat 5 without sacrificing cargo space. At least give an option to choose between the bench and captain seats.

As far as those 20" wheels, I've had to replace a wheel on 2 occasions just due to hitting potholes on I95.
They get bent because there's no sidewall to soften any impact .
Its all 18"s for me now.

OMG who can afford to pay $70/mo to drive their car..plus car payment??
and already paying cable TV and wifi at home too??
No wonder everyone is living paycheck to paycheck.

This is one of the, actually, I'd say THE best reviews I've seen in this vehicle .
They took the time to show you the lights actually operating and all of the details.
99% of the reviews don't even bother turnjng the headlights on
Pretty decent review on the stereo, although they didn't point out the crazy placement of the 5 3/4" subwoofer (😂) and center dash channel speakers. For 2 of the extra speakers in the 10 speaker array those seem like quite weak choices.
He also missed the storage cubby on passenger side near his left knee.
This unit had power passenger seat. Be aware that on manual seats, they provide a tiny handle on the front left corner of the seat which I found very tedious to use. I suppose it gives you more space to store stuff under the seat, if that's what you do.
I have read that there is a center console available in 2nd row, but I have yet to see one.
Love the large subwoofer storage under the cargo floor. Perfect! I think we're talking 14"s 🧐
