- After discovering that Paul Reubens famous character had appeared in some Cheech and Chong films prior to finding fame with The Pee-wee Herman Show I'd thought I'd check it out.
I decide to use the footage of PW from 'Cheech and Chongs Next Movie' and see if I could make a short film documenting the early years of Pee-wee Herman. - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน
RIP to another comedic legend, good bye Paul, you will be missed.
Dude was a pedo who got caught in possession of CP
he is missed, for sure. what a kind soul he was
RIP Paul
"Let me go, I'm fragile!" 😂 paul reubens was amazing. He will be missed ❤
Wow. Pee-Wee Herman had so much anger back then. Getting a talking chair really mellowed him out.
I hear watching porn in movie theaters could help too.
@@theungreatkahli I'm sure his hands were getting a good workout until he was interrupted! 😂😂
Pee-Wee's anger was always a part of the bit. Maybe not the cursing lol
@@theungreatkahli you hear? I bet you know first hand. 🤣🤣🤣
Pee Wee Herman was an angry young comedian with a very edgy act.
I love it how Cheech and Chong recognized his potential. This was when Pee Wee Herman first started doing his character. And what a lot of ppl don't know is that he was in two Cheech and Chong movies. He got the most screentime in this film definitely and introduced us to he Pee Wee Herman comedy club act. Cheech and Chong were great for this. They actually played a big role in helping Pee Wee get exposure and noticed obviously. This was one of if not the first time we saw Pee Wee Herman the character. But as the hotel manager he is definitely playing the Pee Wee Herman character as well.
Pee Wee was already hot in the comedy scene in L.A. He was already in Blues Brothers and everybody was wanting Pee Wee on their show. It wasn't like Cheech and Chong did him some big favor. I'm glad they cast him but it was a benefit that went both ways cuz it just made the movie even funnier. The biggest shows at the time were booking Pee Wee like The Gong Show, The Dating Game, Comedy specials with Carl Reiner, and then of course on to Letterman. But his character and reputation was already established in LA.
Happy Burger train
Hamburger 🍔 hamburger 🍔!!!
3:24 - Hearing Pee-Wee Herman say "Let go, ya fuckin' asshole!" is priceless!
And the way he pushed the officer then at 3:36, "f*ckin morons"
Do you think he said the same that time in Sarasota?
ATTICA ATTICA
"LOOK! I THINK THEY'RE IRAAAAIIIINIANS!" Legendary line.
That shot where he's chewing gum just before Cheech & Chong take the stage - I honestly don't think there's another comedian that ever could have pulled that off with that sort of geeky bravado. The minute I heard he had passed, it ended up flashing through my mind. A loner, Dottie. A rebel.
Your fave TikTok influencer could never. And now he's taken that greatness with him. Thanks for leaving a little of it behind to remember you by
Pee wee has gone to the playhouse in the sky , RIP
When Peewee said " let me go you fucking asshole " I burst out laughing
Was the 1st time I'd heard him cuss, caught me off guard and laughed my ass off!
@@schnellfahren911 Same 😂
3:23🤬
😆🤣😂
Think he said, son of a fucking asshole lol hilarious to hear him cussing
Then, when he shouts "ATTICA, ATTICA, ATTICA, LET ME GO, I'M FRAGILE", that had me dying! 😂
Let me go, I'm fragile! RIP Paul.
Amazing how so many of these guys were friends in real life from the comedy group The Groundlings. The lady at the table with them is Edie McClurg. Paul Ruebens, of course. And when he made Pee Wee's Big Adventure you can see Cassandra Peterson (aka Elvira: Mistress of the Dark) as the biker chick in the bar right before he does the tequila dance. So much talent came out of that group, just like the Second City guys.
Awesome comment.
Yes what a find. Cool little crew and who are the second city guys?

@@ellestar2306 Basically everyone on SNL in the beginning came from Second City. Then SCTV with John Candy and Rick Moranis and Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara. Almost all the legends of comedy since the early 70's came from either Groundlings, Second City (Chicago and Canada) or National Lampoon.
"I know you are but what am I?"
"Errr!"
Foreshadowings of Pee Wee.
Paul Reubens is a legend....
This Pee Wee was a savage 😂😂😂
R.I.P pee wee Herman 😓😓😓
Did no one notice the couple in the beginning? Amazing!
Pee-Wee Herman dropping F-bombs. My life is complete...
Peewee- Hey I already told you were we located. Eeeeeeerrr 😂
R.I.P Paul Reubens
Good stuff.....R.I.P. Pee-Wee Herman
"Attica! Attica!" If you didn't know, that was in reference to the movie "Dog Day Afternoon" in which the character of a hostage-taking bank robber played by Al Pacino, while surrounded by police, started shouting "Attica! Attica!" to the crowd of people behind the police barricades, in reference to the '71 Attica prison riots. The crowd in response enthusiastically cheers him on while they boo and grow hostile towards the police. PeeWee shouting it to try to get the bystanders to save him is hilarious!!
Pee-wee: "I know you are but what am I."
cheech, chong, and pee wee herman, just imagine all the crazy shit that happened behind the scenes
3:23 I Thought I Would NEVER Hear Pee Wee Herman Cuss 🤬
RIP Paul Reubens ✝️🌹❤
You Will Always Be In My Heart! ✊🏼
“Goddamn, you got ugly!” 😆🤣
“Get off me ya fuckin asahole”!!!! Pushes LAPD officer to the ground… “ATTICA ATTICA” - Paul “ Pee wee Herman “ Reubens😂😂😂😂😂
Dying laughing lmao 🤣
I am Iranian and this had me laughing continuously!🤣🤣🤣
Daniel aka Smoky's son aka Laffin Now the one who had relations with H0 IT is also Iranian.
How did those 2 men procreate?
Was funny 😅
"I already told you where we're located! ERRRRRRRRRR!!!" 😂
*pushes cop* "Let me go you fucking asshole"
"Let me go you fucking asshole!" Pushes a cop LOL Pee Wee is hilarious
I was there was an rated R peewee movies where he curses.
Rest in peace Pee Wee
This is a movie from my childhood that remains funny! Thank you cheech and chong
I second that!
And likely the duo are the reasons why Pee-Wee's career has risen.
I like how Chong just stands right next to all the cops with 20lbs of weed and no one notices
Only in the movies
You think they would be able to smell it
Yeah they say if you're going to break the law do it right under their noses lmao
Been there done that before Haha
In this hotel scene Pee-wee was beyond hilarious I was dying laughing throughout this scene smh 🤦🏽♂️ 😂
The way peewee says fuckin asshole gets me everytime 😂no clue why
@@emanhacker they whole scene and the Hotel I was dying laughing LMAO 🤦🏽♂️🤣
Cheech & Chong's Next Adventure one of the best comedies ever made! Still laugh like seeing for the first time when I see it. And Pee-Wee kicks ass as usual!
It's Next Movie not Next Adventure.
It was a weird azz movie. Even weirder than Up In Smoke.
2nd half of the movie kinda sucked
@@tyronejefforeillyramirez7961 it was the weaker part except for that awesome space coke ending.
@@tyronejefforeillyramirez7961except the comedy club, UFO and the ending.
What a great use of that song... RIP Pee Wee
WOW! I never seen this side of Pee-Wee Herman brfore in my life. Getting this pissed to the point of swearing? Jeez!
I like how Pee Wee isn’t acting as “Pee Wee” here
Apparently, the original Pee-Wee character was more snarky and less child-like than how we normally know him as.
Remember nice dreams he plays a coke addict live in a nutt house
Well he did grunt...
@Robert Spencer "Hammmmburgers!"
Of course not he is at acting like a job at come on geez he is good I’m upset i pictured him in jail u can’t take him in please don’t let him please go that’s not what I want let him go get him out please don’t care what he did have done nothing wrong let my husband go let him out don’t no !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop it’s not fair so stop it ?
"I think they're Iranians!" You gotta lived in the late 70's to understand that one. ha ha ha ha
I was around throughout the 70's. But I was only a little kid back then, so.
very relevant for early 2020
What does that mean mate
Harry Davies......Long story short, In November 1979, Iranian students stormed the U.S. Embassy in Tehran, taking American hostages. The students set their hostages free on January 21, 1981, 444 days after the crisis began.
This event fueled much hate towards Iranian people for years to come. In the early 80’s, calling someone who got you mad an Iranian were fighting words. The general public seriously hated the Iranians.
I was dying laughing what Pee-wee said 🤦🏽♂️😂
This was way before he became Pee-wee Herman during the Cheech and Chong era, anyway RIP Pee-wee you’re true 80’s icon and legend and you be missed! 🙏🏽😔
He had been doing his stand-up act for a while by this point as the character.
huh? there's an entire clip here @4:16 with him introduced as "PeeWee Herman", doing his PeeWee Herman character on stage WITH Cheech & Chong. He was doing PeeWee LONG before the TV show or the 1st PW movie.
Pee Wee used to be a stage performance with adult jokes.
@@wildkeith yes exactly! And I first saw him shortly after that w/ the 'adult' version HBO Special.
Just say you don’t know anything about the history of the Pee-wee character and move along.
RIP Pee Wee....
Seeing this for the first time after it was posted 13 years ago. The montage and Joe Cocker did it for me.
Paul Rubens was an excellent choice for this movie.
ATTICA ATTICA!! Let me go, I’m fragile! 😂
- "You two look a little familiar to me!"
- "You smell familiar!"
XD XD XD XD XD
This was Cheech & Chong’s best movie!
Three people who i dearly love. Making entertainment
Back when Netflix had an awesome mail in DVD service, I watched all the Cheech & Chong movies and was surprised to see Mr. Herman in one of their films. RIP Pee Wee Herman. You’ll be missed.
*FUN FACT:* This was Paul Ruben's first theatrical movie debut of Pee-wee Herman...
PeeWee was a comedian rite? Stand up

What happened to the hamburger train from previous ? -am I wrong
@@masterj6654 I think you are thinking of _Nice Dreams._ That actually came out after this...

This was my favorite parts of the movie! Pee-wee rules!
Pee-Wee Herman for the win!
You will be missed Paul, may you Rest In Peace.
"my dad's chinese, man"....."what's your mom?"......."she's a waitress"
Lol!
I can't believe this is 13 years and 4 months older than Paul's passing. That nostalgic song at the end sure didn't make the sadness any better.
"Why don't you forget life" 😂😂😂😂
I like how Thumbelina stepped over the rail like Big Show stepping over the top ropes. 😂
Andre the Giant did it first
Faith Minton, wrestler and stuntwoman. She was 6”1’.
Wonder Thumbelina did appear in Playhouse?
Saw this one at the drive in movie. Good times, good times.

Same, with "Animal House"
Holy shit i never heard him curse before
Man I love the wonder years
That's chick always reminds me of my Claudia oooooops I think I say it tooo load lol
Since when does Pee-Wee drop the f-bomb
This whole movie is a riot. If you like stoner comedies and haven't seen this, you got some homework to do. HAHA 🤣🤣🤣😝
💯
Holy cow, just noticed Edie McClurg in the comedy club scene. That's one damn funny lady.
Paging Mr. Herman. Mr. Herman, you have a telephone call at the front desk.
HeartyArtie lol
aand knitting, aand knitting, aand KNITTING!......
..."the alamo?"
Wrong movie fucker!.. LMBO 😂😂😂
I never noticed as a kid that Pee-wee does deliberately bad acting during his big scene...he looks into the camera more than once, looks sideways like he's waiting for direction, and they have to dub his voice. Reubens and Burton laugh about it on the DVD commentary.
It's not for sale... FRAN-CIS!!
Funny all I been seeing today is videos on TH-cam about pee wee Herman . R.I .P we all miss you!!
We love you PW, Weird hearing him cuss, And snorted cocaine in one of Cheech & Chong movies lol
This is when movies were movies!!!
"you smell familiar" lol
“What are they doing, walking over here?” RIP Mr. Reuben
the way chong looked at red when he yelled "CHEECH" Lmfao! hes like "huh"
This was great. Like watching Pee Wee's evil twin 😂😂
Paul also was the Hamburger Dude in the 1981
Cheech&Chong Movie 'Nice Dreams'.
Pee wee is still the man
Wow. Never seen this. This is like finally seeing the origin story.
Sure do miss Peewee Herman 😢😢😢😢
He sure was comical.
4:08 "You don't look like a Ching... What's yer Momma?" "A waitress..." LOL
RIP Pee Wee
"Attica, Attica,, Attica..." great line from Dog Day Afternoon in case anyone missed it.
Thanks!!! I wondered about that for years!!!!!!! I was totally too young to recall that event.
What a riot! I never saw this movie, he seemed as bratty as ever! I mean that with the most love, he was like a big kid, love you Pee-wee! Rip
"LET ME GO I'M FRAGILE!"
He sure looks it!
Lol
"I know you are but what am I?"

Was the best part of the movie- all those guys were fantastic
Pottymouth Pee Wee before the playhouse lol.
Or had his big adventure... But yet it seems Pee-wee uses his catchphrase earlier than we think.
I get that one, wink!
I wonder if he was saying those things when he got busted pleasuring himself in the movie theater watching a dirty movie
Pottymouth Peewee's Outhouse...
Paul Reubens got busted for pleasing himself. Who doesn't? I actually think this was Paul's best role. I love his character in Cheech and Chong.
Exactly, it literally ruined his life, people talk so bad about him, He was an Icon, will be sorely missed, hell im married and jerk off lol

Yep it's a cult classic, and still as funny today as when I seen this in 1980.Red Mendoza did some great scenes
Because memes are shit.
I have never seen this before, and when I did, it was so meta. I didn't know the character with light hair was Marin until a while and that was a trip when I seen it was him making a joke about himself in a movie not about himself, like uuhhhh.... (eyes roll back in head)
