Compared to the unapologetically glorious cover of Ultimate Battle, this cover has more depth to it. The heavy tone of foreboding terror combined with hauntingly beautiful pauses all help build up to the dramatically heroic elements. A battle that defined many childhoods has been excellently reimagined as a pitched life-or-undeath battle for the ages!
This version is incredible the part that says ZOMBOSS ZOMBOSS gives the touch to the song in that part I feel nervous fear anguish emotion and I feel unstoppable for some reason
What if 'The Last of Us' and 'The Walking Dead' fused together, but instead of the zombie mushrooms it's parasitic plants that could infect any plants or creatures through bite, and instead of the infectious zombies it's just regular undead zombies craving for brains, and a whole World War III/Z going on involving entire governments because of the constant war between the two zombie types, with Crazy Dave and the remaining uninfected plants doing their best to prevent the world from ending?
I imagine if this had animation to go with it This scene would be crazy Dave looking over all the fallen plants and zomboss looking over his fallen zombies. Before, at the drop of the song, he gets mad and presses a big red button

What a finale. That Cob Cannon part was just fantastic. The transitions through every song was just fantastic. This truly is the most epic Brainiac Maniac I’ve ever heard

"Now stay dead you pale corpse SON OF A----" This is easily the best epic remix of PvZ, and perhaps just the best epic remix of anything, I've ever heard on youtube. Putting the story in the medley was a great decision; brainiac maniac was a whole new experience with that story context. I'd say you brought back my nostalgia, but nah, my nostalgia was never this good.
Love the detail in the art that things like Fire Pea and Snapdragon's fire, MegaGatling's barrels and Cob Cannon's reticle are glowing in the dark before the sun starts coming up.
The final guitar stinger of the item pickup riff at the very end of the track made this the absolute masterpiece of a finale after listening to the whole medley, just hearing that alone felt like a victory after an exhausting war. You know exactly what you're doing, and you do it so well.

I saw this in my recommendeds, started listening to this song, and thought it was pretty good at first, but after about a minute or so I stopped listening to it. Then I plugged my headphones in, turned the volume up, and pressed play again.
