Easy vegetarian meal (Jamaican cabbage)

Jamaican Cabbage
1/2 cabbage- julienne
1 red bell pepper -julienne
1 carrot 🥕- julienne
2-3 cloves of garlic -minced
(Optional) 1 red Chilli (de-seeded)- rough cut
1/2 red onion - cubed
1 tsp fresh or dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Green onions -rough cut
3-4 Allspice berries or 1 tsp allspice powder
