  • You CAN train to age better. And in doing so this movement method teaches you how to reconnect with the body via neuroscience and Qigong. Both sciences of the body teach you how vital brain training is to how you move as we age.
    Breath work, visual work, inner ear training and sensory re-education are part of the 13 week seasonal course. Each quarter we shift our intention and focus to the seasonal Qi's directive flow.
    BAMBOO BODIES BENEFITS:
