*This has to be the hardest and most uncomfortable mobility drill. But that's how it is with flexion of the hip. Soreness the next days guaranteed 😂 But in a good way. Let's do it!*
I’ve been taking your classes last two weeks and has helped both physically and mentally. I started really looking forward to your classes each day. Thank you guys for such mindful and structured videos. Hope I can take your classes in person in the future!
Y’all are the best! I’ve identified my hip mobility as one of my bigger weaknesses. Definitely showing some more love to it! Thanks for another great exercise routine!
I’ve been watch all your videos. Started doing these hip flexion mobility videos in the hopes of getting really tight hips a bit looser. Gotta say, these aren’t that bad. Only done them a half dozen times each video and already my hips feel better. You guys are pretty damn good. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 much appreciate the effort you put out in making all these videos.
Not hard, magical for my hypermobile joints! I don't have pain during or after class. I even feel my pelvis has come back into alignment. It comes out of alignment all the time. Thank you!
Hello Breathe and Flow. I just wanted to say thank you for such wonderful content and clear and precise explanations of the 'what' and 'why' I am truly feeling the benefit. I have joined Patreon and looking forward to continuing this journey
Thank you for this excellent video... I want to improve mobility of my joints and the pace and explanation and progression if your video is just what I need... Great 👍
Haha, I wish I had read Bre's pinned comment first. I really enjoyed this but at the end in my best Mortal Kombat voice I was thinking, "Brutality. Bre wins!" 😁
Thanks, Bre! I finished the 28 day series and was frustrated when you said now reach forward…and i was basically still sitting upright. 😂 Hopefully this video helps. It is hard though lol
Hey Bre and Flo! Thank you so much for all the recent mobility videos, i really enjoy them and try to integrate them in my weekly routine. ive got one question though: can you maybe make a video or just shortly explain, how to combine the mobility exercises? F.e. can i do hip flexion and extension on one day and internal/external rotation on the next or is flexion/internal and extention/external or any other combination better or all one day, are there interrelation effects between hip/ankle/knee mobility drills f.e. and how often per week? You get the idea :D Sorry for the long question! I Love your content :)
Thank you Bre for this mobility series! One question if possible - while having pretty good hip flexion (e.g. able to bring a leg with a knee bent up higher than 90 degrees) and also flexible hamstrings, I still can’t bring straight leg higher up more than 45 degrees or fully straighten legs in Navasana… What should I work on to unlock such movement? Apparently quadriceps strength? Would really appreciate your feedback!
that is exactly the focus of this class! in addition to our regular vinyasa classes, especially intermediate and advanced as they focus on this full body control that is needed.
Thanks a lot for all the amazing tips! How should we incorporate these 4 hip mobilise series in our training? Is it reasonable to do both internal/external drills in the same session? Or even all 4?
1-2 a week in each direction, meaning 1-2x a week internal, external, flexion, extension. external and internal in one session is good, as you're already in 90:90 position. flexion and extension in one session is also possible. your hips are done if you do it right after doing two movements in one session therefore all 4 should not be possible otherwise it's in question how the quality of the training is. great work!

Wonderful class! Such a great release and stretch for the hips.
Thank you, this will help with my martial arts training. Also, dope outfit. It reminds me of Mexico in the summer.
I’ve been waiting for this one ! Ty
