Fault code D003 is power loss and D004 is under voltage so for Both Fault code D003 and D004 you can Monitor the incoming AC line for low voltage or line power interruption. If there is incoming power interruption check what problem? May be drive not get proper power supply.

You can use 0-11 and use code (2) for manual mode.
And also use terminal at 50 and 55 where we use pot at terminal 50 (+10) and 55 ( common).
