For this drive... 15-20 parameter Dale jate h jo basic program group me aate h... 1. Motor NP volts 2. Motor NP Hz 3. Motor OL current 4. Minimum Frequency 5. Maximum frequency 6. Start source (Auto/manual) 7.Stop mode 8. Speed reference 9. Accel time 10. Decel time 11. Reset to default 12. Auto mode. 13. Motor OL retention. Etc. Apart from this.. Advance program group parameter bhi use hote h.. as per requirement.

Use parameter P042 ( Auto mode) P036 ( start source) and hand mode command comes from the internal keypad.

If there is an error to start compressor at set point 1 like 6.3 bar, it will start at 6.0 bar as given set point 2.

Check the warning ⚠️ in menu, may be there are many reasons for warning like high second stage temperature or inlet pressure low, and many more... if there is VFD operated compressor, may be VFD related issues warning occurred at display, check and resolve.

F13 - ground fault F33 to F40 - phase to ground fault F41 to F 43- phase to phase fault F64- drive overload F94- function loss And for more complete fault, check manual..

Phase U to GND. Check the wiring between the drive and motor. Check motor for grounded phase. Replace F39 Phase V to GND drive if fault cannot be cleared. A PowerFlex AC drive detects a ground fault when the output currents between two phases differ by more than 25% of the drive's rated current.

Have any time delay setting in motor Overload setting ?

Purge command is like a command to takes precedence over a stop command from the common port. The terminal block 5 port is for Digital input ( purge). A purge input starts the drive at a programmable purge speed regardless of the selected start source. In another way we can say that purge can occur and is operational at any time whatever the drive is running or stoped.

it is compressed twice to double the pressure to improve efficiency. Same as after reached the set point of unloading pressure then the compressor stops.

Fault code D003 is power loss and D004 is under voltage so for Both Fault code D003 and D004 you can Monitor the incoming AC line for low voltage or line power interruption. If there is incoming power interruption check what problem? May be drive not get proper power supply.

Clean filter by dry air pressure. It will help temporary for some time if filter not block/damaged. Otherwise need to change by new one.

Check input connection and Parameters of vtd as per motor.

Go parameter b015 for drive kWh reading.

Le sakte hai.. but depends on overload or short ckt settings.

Need to cool down the element by cooled water supply.

Secondary side...

Go in program group P032 for motor frequency Hertz, not RPM.

Drive 100 set dekar start karne se start ho raha hai aur band ho ja raha hai kya problem ho sakta hai
