Its normal they said that is give two paths or three first you buy it with robux next or other path you buy the normal one so with ryo and the last one you spin the Gekkei genkei
I don't think it's a glitch because you need the custom sharingan to actually complete your sussano so if you get it by spins it takes it right away otherwise that would had patched if they saw it
