This makes so much sense! I only get migraines when I’m working hard - focusing too hard.

I was told by a counselor that I have adhd and ocd but I am starting to think it’s not a realistic disorder but something I can control

If the disorder is not real, then why do you need to control it? That is oxymoronic.

@@Metqa it’s not a disorder these are symptoms it’s not an illness even the dsm chairman don’t think mental illness is a real thing

@@Metqa the reason you can have these symptoms is because of the environmental toxins, bad food and more it’s not a disease or illness it’s not well established medical disease

@@User89018hey dog, word of advice; everybody’s wired differently it’s not a matter of “mental illness” or whatever, it just simply is and we have the means to treat it now.
There is no perfect ideal brain, everybody’s messed up in their own way but, definitely at least try out medications I didn’t realize for a majority of my life a large portion of my issues derived from my own ADHD/Anexity and after getting diagnosed and medicated I feel like I can finally understand how people can just exist without always chasing dopamine to justify my existence, I can think more long term and commit to thing I’d otherwise find boring or a waste of time when in reality they are paramount tasks to complete for myself
