    Hi, thank you for the video! Could you tell me please if the turn signal relay on the Honda CB300R is in the same place? 🙏 I struggle to find the info of the exact location. 😅

    Just FYI for anyone working on a 2023 CB650R, the relay is not in the same location as this video. It took me a minute to find it. Where the relay on the bike in this video is just to the left of the 2 big ECU plugs, the 2023 is just to the right of those plugs. Overall, pretty simple process and fixed my hyper blink after installing BL6's on the rear of my bike.

      @@joecaljapan I believe the CB650R relay worked on my CB300R and the turn signals I used (some cheap LED ones from amazon) worked fine with no offbeat. I think you'll be fine with it. If I'm not mistaken CustomLED also sells one for the CB250/300r as well.

      Well that depends on whether or not you have everything connected correctly. If your signals are connected correctly and your flash symptom is resultant of your signaling system not handling the present current draw appropriately then our relay will solve your problem.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheSuperjoe5 your issue is most likely related to the wiring of your signal lamps. What are the frontvand rear signals that you have and how are they connected into the bike?

    • @TheSuperjoe5
      @TheSuperjoe5 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have tru wraps led on the front and small leds (can’t ) remember there make ) on the rear wired as per there instructions. On the tru wraps they have a thing in there wiring called an A W converter .. im not sure if that has anything to do with it ?maybe you do ?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheSuperjoe5 i dont have the resources to look up another company's wiring diagrams so i cannot speak to the instructions you were given. More likely than not the instructions were correct but maybe ambiguous. The front signals on these bikes have two circuits: running and signal. This means there is a positive lead for signal (blue or orange depending on side of bike), positive for running light (same colors per side but have white trace), and then of course grpund which on these bikes is green. We sell harness adapters for our signals that plug right into the bike and make install a breeze. If another company doesn’t have plug and play capability in their equipment there is a chance to wire the equipment in wrong. For instance, if you were to connect the running and signal wires together to make a front signal os single circuit type act as running and signal light, then you are pushing stray current through the signaling system and disrupting its proper function. I would say that you should disconnect all signals, reconnect one and make absolutely sure that it is connected properly, and test it. If that passes go to two, and so on.

    cannot for the life of me find the relay on my 2021 honda cbr500r

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      For that model and year the relay is labeled Mitsuba, and its harness branch stems from the same place on main harness as the tip over sensor branch. From examination of fiche I can tell that it is likely on the left side of the bike up front around steering head. I would pull off left fairings in that area and you will likely find it real quick then.

      @@charlieh6718 you can bring the bike to us if you are local and we will find it. If you aren't local, you will have to follow the harness up the side of the bike til you find the relay. The nearest neighbor part is the tip over sensor. Those are mounted center of the bike. Honda typically puts them on front end or rear end in this case it is on the front. So the relay must be somewhere near front center. From fiche it looks like left side of the frame just aft of steering head. Beyond this, I would have to get into the bike myself
