I watched your video and I had the same issue bad relay. My question is relays just doesn’t go bad. What caused that I noticed. My car relay was keep on clicking on and off any answers
They get weak and build up carbon on the contacs and also the ark that occurs when it clicks to make contac dosent allow power to travel the bridge so it clicks but dosent contac to send power
Whenever I turn on my ac O4 focus it makes a loud like single thump noise and then goes away, works fine. Any suggestions what that noise might be? Thank you Rb.

Noise can be anything u need to look under hood while some one put ac on for u could be belt MOUNT shields or fan
