Awesome mate. You are controlling your runs which is brilliant. I personally do that diaphragm breathing on longer runs. Just 2 or 3 times spaced out and it works well.

I was doing Valencia but decided to pull out. You’ll love it, I’ve ran it before and it’s an amazing race. Perfect for a PB, pan flat and very fast. Good luck, I’ll be following your training 👍🏻
