Sir ji mere SMPS me multimeter ka red wire SMPS ke 12v pe rakhte hai aur black ko gound me to voltage kam jada hota hai aur wahi meter ke wire ko ulta lagate hai to voltage sahi milta hai to kya problem hai mera meter ok hai

Sir mere smps ka 5vsb ok hai nd ic pe vi 5v ja raha hain but green & black shorte karne ki bad vi meri output par kohi volate nehi a rakhi hain. Sub 000 dekha raha hain . Mene 2nd ic 494p ki vcc vi dekha uha 12v dekha raha hain.. ab mere ko boliye keise main isko fix karun? Thanks in advance 😊

Check PG singnal from smps. Check 3.3v, it should be exact 3.3v on pin no. 8 of BIOS on motherboard.
