My 2 year old daughter can't watch cartoons for 5 minutes, but can watch some fella beat on copper for 20. I like the use of the old automotive parts for dies and anvils.
I thought same. The little smile he allowed himself at the end was totally justified considering the man's skill using humble and basic shop made bespoke tools. Loved the video.
The fact that hes useing copper rod to braze the seams instead of cheaping out using tin solder makes me happy. A true craftsman who prides himself in the quality of his craft

Exceptional master craftsman creating a beautiful vessel by just using very simple tools. This art will be lost if younger generation doesn't pick it up. 👏👏👏👏
I really enjoy watching the old skills being worked. Now we have lost so many of the old skills and it's refreshing to see this gentleman showing what can be done. Respect to him.
A $500 pot! The craftsmanship alone that goes into making this is mind-boggling. I don’t care what industry or techniques that can be used to fast track. This, these old skill techniques are what make this piece of work, precious
Beautiful work Mr. Taghavi. Thank you for such an excellent demonstration of master craftsmanship and artistry. Much respect and gratitude to you sir ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎

Copper is such an amazing metal. I LOVE it, not only is it a practical element, but it's usefulness knows no bounds, and has a polished color similar to Gold and Silver. I make a hammered copper spoon as a project in Jr. High school and I loved the process and how easy it was to manipulate and when cleaned up and polished, was of incredible beauty, seeing Artisans make things with Copper makes me wish I had gone into metal smithy as a profession. Who wouldn't want to own a top quality hand hammered Copper cookware? No other metal is as efficient at heat transfer than copper is. It just needs to be properly lined to prevent toxicity like this man did. Copper can make one very ill if it isn't coated, because it can leach into food. but spoons made pf pure copper, used for dry goods is safe, so having hand hammered copper measuring spoons would be such a wonderful thing!
@@МаксимСон-ж7е I believe he is coating these with Tin, it is non-toxic and has a low melting temperature, that is why he can spread it with a rag. Copper by itself is toxic when cooking.
@oculusangelicus8978 What a beautiful experience you have working with copper. I enjoyed hearing it. I hope you can do it again one day. I love working with copper as much as you do.
Chapeau l’artiste 👍💯🤝🫡🥇
My god.. this pot has about £1000 worth of time put into it. Incredible how much effort amd skill it takes to make something most people woupd take for granted these days.
For those who are curious, copper acts in the opposite way to steel - quenching it anneals it (softens it). This counteracts the work-hardening of the material as it is hammered.
