The most romantic movement

This movement is a difficult one to hold back the tears to at the best of times, but when you can see the second clarinet playing silently along during the clarinet solo it just goes to show how deeply personal this music can be, even for those who have spent thousands of hours practising and perfecting their craft. Stunning.

I read somewhere, that lost in time. That Rachmaninoff had written actual lyrics where the clarinet solo is. I can not validate if that is true in fact or not, that it's just what I had read.

Во всех отношениях добротная игра 1-го кларнета. Снято хорошо, но я бы показал кларнетное соло подольше - дирижёра в кадре и без того предостаточно!-)
