- Ahoy Fisho's! This week we jump into Part two of the fishing adventure to Fraser Island. Let's just say the fish got bigger & bigger!! Exactly why I love exploring new areas! Of course on I'm out with Shauno aboard his boat MOJO, and from the very first deep drop of the day we are into some amazing fish. The we go backwards and forwards between jigging and using the electric reels. It doesn't get too much better than this!

Im all for those electric reels if your catching fish to eat them. But if your just tossing them back and sport fishing then it would be a now go no matter the depth. But i know that from water that deep your keeping fish to eat so im fine with the reels!

I would sure like to fish with u guys I live in Montana United States in the mountains used to fish for flounder and blue fish with my uncle on the sattalite off coney island 2hen I would visit him on the east coast.i ain't been back since he passed really appreciate you guys having a good time together having fun fish on mates
I've done every type of fishing, on every continent. I did a trip for tuna last year and after five hours, we had to tell the boatmen we were tired, and we let them fish for the last two hours, and it was good to watch. We had more tuna than we could give away. I don't understand there being any joy in electric reels.
Agreed. It just becomes a production line. No challenge involved at all.

Bloody hell mate, you'll be needing a walk-in coldroom at home next, and don't say you give most of your hauls away... Sammy you get up to some nice trips, Swains, Townsville but this 2 part way a bloody good one. Except for the bloody electric reels ( rape) , which l do get, depths fished... I hope you have to cut your own Chips at least. Mr Shaun needs to do better in his varnishing, Nice boat ...
Hahah I do share a lot of fish around with mates who can’t get out themselves actually. I definitely don’t cut my chops though. Ain’t got time for that! 🤣

@@SammyHitzkeFishing yeah you’re right I’ve always read the rules off the Qld gov site but they aren’t worded very well so I thought 6 was too many. But I’ve just found the fisheries legislation and it states it more clearly that 6 is the max. Good on ya mate keep up the good work.

Depends how many hooks we are running, usually about 60cm between hooks 👍
When you catch the fish cut their throats straight away , bleed them straight away your fillets will be whiter nearly no blood in meat at all.
