Why stop the cooking process with vercimilli noodle? It needs to keep cooking It will be tough. How do I know, because I have celieacs coliacs whatever you want to call it. I use these noodles for everything, yes Singapore noodles also. After boiling you want at least 4-5 minutes not 3 minutes if you are going to add a lesser amount of liquids which you will in Singapore noodles. Curry will be the spice that clings on to the noodles with the tumeric. If you don't use both of these and soy sauce you are just trashing this recipe. Just like this video person in this channel.
Congratulations. You completely destroyed Singapore noodles.. You not only destroyed it you set off a Atom bomb and nuked it to the point no one will even think it was meant to be Singapore noodles. 3 Different capsicums (bell Peppers) you loaded this up so much it should be called Vegetable and Shrimp/PRawn with tiny bits of not so cooked Vercimilli Rice.

Why are you using a metal spatula to fry the egg in a non stick wok. Ridiculous! That put me off
