It seems pretty fun to go out there :) I think what historians and archeologists think stone henge was for was for worship the sun god and the moon god, a calendar so they can know when to plant crops or when the animals are gonna breed, and a burial ground :)
It is actually a really interesting question. As the young wreckhead said, the stones came from Wales, but this was way before written history in the British isles. So how did they get these massive stones from Wales to Salisbury? And why?
I'm pretty sure i know how the stones were brought from so far away - but nobody wants to know! Same method the Giza pyramids did use!! Hint : You need to understand the historiography of the English longburys
dude you should go to Whitby for halloween next year. it's where dracula came to shore in the lore. everyone dresses up crazy and Whitby Abbey is awesome to see at night.
Stonehenge evolved in several construction phases spanning at least 1500 years. There is evidence of large-scale construction on and around the monument that perhaps extends the landscape's time frame to 6500 years. Archaeologists have found four, or possibly five, large Mesolithic postholes (one may have been a natural tree throw), which date to around 8000 BC. Stonehenge was a place of burial from its beginning to its zenith in the mid third millennium B.C. The cremation burial dating to Stonehenge's sarsen stones phase is likely just one of many from this later period of the monument's use and demonstrates that it was still very much a domain of the dead. . ..Druggies dancing on a burial ground...
Its a LAY line not a land line, thats slang for a wired phone! The Lay Lines are created by the Earths electromagnetic energy and open portal holes to the underworld, a dark place below the After Life of Eternal Light. I worked at an estate once and a Lay Line ran straight through a 16th century graveyard and church which was built on a medieval Monestry. The spirits were everywhere when darkness fell after dusk!
LEY Line 〰️ not LAY line and they are just used in maps to chart a line from one ancient site to another with there being absolutely zero proof of any magic or supernatural energies or activity. Show me proof?
The Victorians erected Stonehenge. There were those stones there before obviously. The druids carted the biggest stones they could find to that location from their tiny villages to honor their dead leaders, they placed the stones vertically so that it would be like their leaders touching the sky or something. After a while these stones fell down, and the Victorians decided to fix the problem by placing them as they are now. So now it's like those Druid leaders are joined together forever. There are posts in the ground and hearths to show the villages, and the same in the camps on the way from those villages to Stonehenge that have been found.

Your view on paganism is extremely upsetting. Having traveled as much as you do, hearing you refer to it as "devil worship" and cultish" is really disappointing. Still love your videos though, just do a little research.
"Celebrating ambiguously" was probably the best description of these people possible. LOL, They dont even have any clue what they're on about.

Small correction that stonehenge predates the druids. Its origins were as much a mystery yo them as it is to us.

Lots of people seem to think they rolled the stones on logs
@@SmallBrainedAmerican go rent a car;;;;
They moved them because they had nothing else to do, just like many ancient monuments.
The Welsh were boasting about having big stones. Then they had to bring them to prove it lol.

The difference is that land-lines exist, at least they used to before everybody got mobile phones
