Today when I woke up I could remember like 7 different dreams and if feels like I dreamed for longer than usual, however I still woke up at the time I usually wake up. (In fact 30 minutes earlier)

my dream was related to everything I did yesterday real life:I went to the pool and my sister put me underwater and I nearly drowned,I found my black ops3 CD,I watched Legally Blonde and white chick's.(very funny movie) (I'm in 6th grade) dream:I'm a grown woman,my bf brakes up with me (bf brakes up with girl in Legally Blonde)I'm wearing an army future type of uniform (black ops3) I'm being pushed under water and I can't breathe in real life, (I didn't wake up)I meet another girl and we have similar faces (white chick's) my sister woke me up and that was the end 😢

Some Guy i had the same problem a while ago, where i had a dream where my 80 year old dad tried to eat me every night. I have two tipps: Tipp number one is to get to the root of your problem and fix it irl. For example i talked to my dad, with whom i had a fight. This helped a lot. Tipp two is, if you can not solve the problem this way, try to make a positive change in your life and hope this will break the loop of the nightmare coming back. If nothing helps i suggest seeing a psychiatrist. I hope you get better, good luck.
I mean... It's either something you have to achieve irl. Or solve in your dream. When I was little I had a dream of the guy from scream was coming to kill me. I had friends which were the animals from hello kitty. They were all drained from color and they were sad... I stood up to that scream guy and said Leave me alone or something... And I never had that dream again. I know it sounds stupid but it worked. But on the other hand, if you have sleep paralysis then i can't help you with that (Sadly but good ive never had sleep paralysis...).
Can't See Me. That happened to me to a couple years ago. I always just thought about something else and went to bed or turned in a movie and fell asleep to it. I stopped thinking about it. But after 3 days I saw the alien invasion dream again, and more strange is that, I saw it from the very moment on which it broke earlier. I still can't figure it out what is it.
You just remembered that dream and dreamt someting very similar and the beginnig is very similar to the ending of the old dream, but it is NOT the same dream! Like you said, i kind of CONTINUED the other dream but it was not the exact same dream! You can't just say something like: stop giving out wrong information, or you're lying and not check what you're saying! 😤😑😒

Hello there, when I try the WILD technique I unintentionally start thinking about my breathing, and that makes me control it more voluntarily, which makes my breathing shallow and short thus distracting me and making me take deep breaths. What annoys me is that when this happens(which is every time i begin doing the WILD) it resets my progress once i take a deep breath. Please provide some tips to overcome this issue. HiDogGamer hey same thing happened this morning if you know you woke up i even looked at my sister but i didnt move i stayed relaxed and if u still feel sleepy thats good but what i recommend is if you go to sleep late like midnight and if u are not sleepy by then wait until you are sleepy so you will sleep for a longer period of time probably
i had a dream the other night where i was back in the town where i used to live and i was walking down a path through a park and all of a sudden i hear a voice shout my name and they come running towards me. it turned out to be my crush from there and he gave me a HUGE hug and it felt like we stood there in shock for at least 10 minutes. and i even felt it too 🥺

When we followed her we were hiding, then we see the girl with black and orange shirt talking to some other girl. But when she turned right she saw me while I was hiding. The guy u met ran away. And the girl cased me, so I ran as fast as I could until their was a parkour in the way and I did the parkour. Only 2 jumps and that it. My sweater was bothering me so I tried to take it off while running away from the girl who was chasing me. My friends saw me running and said "hey dude why are you running" and I replied " their not much to explain" and I told them that while trying to take off my sweater. And you see I need to figure it out how does it end. I feel like its going to be real when I'm somewhere in my teens even though I'm 15, I still need to know how can I get that dream again.

I had an amazing dream last night. I was in a hotel pool at a hotel that was under construction. Was there with my ex that I still kick it with on vacation…and fell in love with someone else. I had a dream that i was outside earth, there were 7 galaxies and it was me and my friend..we were stuck in the first galaxy, and we tried everything, apparently dying was ”advance” and we needed to get up to the 7th galaxy, so when we were at the 7th galaxy w jumped in! And apparently you needed to take on this suit so you could throw things like spiderman and then jump off this riverthing, when we came to the end we stood in a line, and i started thinking about all names, so the guy that stood in front of me, i just said his name” *name* stop!” And then i told my friend that we didn’t remember each others names, i first said ”Mark” to her but then she said ”what ?? Perhaps, I may be misunderstanding what your idea is of a "Repeated Dream". All through my life i have had the exact same dream, with the same dream landscape. Even though I have experienced this my whole life, there may be a new character or two, but I have had the experience of 'Groundhog.Dream Day'. When a particular dream land it's complete landscape comes up in what seems to be taken from a film reel in my mind, I know if it is a pleasant one or not. And, it doesn't necessarily happen day after day. These dreamed can occur months apart and they begin and usually end in the same pace. Its as if I am pressing play and stop at the same time throughout. Around the age of. 10 years I began having a dream where it began and ended in the exact same place. It wasnt pleasant but I knew how it was usually going to end and what place. This happened for about 15 years on and off. The 'start and stop dreams are still happening to me and I just automatically know what to expect, because it hasn't changed. I automatically assumed this happened to everyone. That everyone had 'a bounty of 'start and stop dreams' I found out later that they did not. Perhaps, me being an Empath, HSP, and Caulbearer ( child born with a veil over their face) is a part of it. Maybe it is something else. I'm not really sure. There are individuals who have false awakenings, NDE, experience Clairaudience and other psychic phenomenon that modern medicine /science may completely dismiss and flip their noses at for a lack of understanding. And a closed mind. If I am misunderstanding you, I would love some clarification, please..💜

I can’t leave my nightmares. ☹️ I’ve had this dream for the longest time, since I was 5, I had this dream we’re I was in Berwyn Illinois (btw: when I was 5, I lived in the Philippines, so I don’t know how I imagined this place) I was going to school, it’s was 3:15, I just left school and my dad picked me up. We were chatting and turned on the radio. The people in the radio were talking about super natural beings in games coming to life in reality. I listened cuz I was curious. But before anything happened, the scenery outside the car started to turn bleak. Everything outside felt ominous. I looked outside my car window and everyone outside had the same expressions I did. Suddenly, there was dark green light everywhere in the sky. After that happened, everything turned to chaos... I was scared shirtless, I looked outside and harpies from fairytales started eating peoples heads off, a huge octopus came out the sewers and attacked everything. We crashed our car and I was knocked out. Once awake, my dad died. I was left all alone. It was nighttime... (It felts really real, I felt my sore neck and thighs, I felt blood dripping from my forehead and even the air I was breathing) I looked around and I was a huge bipedal looking thing. It was as high as some towers. I saw people trying to hide for some reason. Then, the huge black bipedal thing opened an ‘eye’ and it looked like a search light. I was scared too so I hid behind a bush near me. When it was searching, it spotted the group of people and it shot out a neon green laser. IT VAPORIZED THE PEOPLE TO SMITHERENES! (By this time, everything felt real, you cannot believe the things I had to do) I was scared to move, scared to breathe, scared to even say anything. I was a pile of shit. The thing stopped searching and it moved its skinny metallic bipedal legs out of the area. I thought to myself, “this is my chance” I ran away and found an abandoned house. I stayed there for many hours, doing nothing but breathing. It became morning and I looked outside. It was a disaster. I didn’t have time to be shocked, so I looked for food, and then accidentally bump into some other people. (These other people were my friends in my school. PS: this is my highschool time in my dream) they looked ill like me. I invited them to this abandoned house we’re there was running water and a generator. We stayed there for a couple of days until the black bipedal thing came back at night and was searching. It’s search light was pointing at many directions. But I thought I was add since I was inside. We could hear it walking and then stop. It was literally right above us. We stopped breathing, stopped moving, one of my friends passed out. We stayed like this for 10 minutes and BOOM the roof evaporates to nothingness. The black bipedal thing was looking at us with its realistic human eye... That’s usually when I wake up...

I once had an amazing dream that i wont forget: I was in the game The sims 4, if that makes sense. So, i picked a map, however, the maps were different. The one i picked was a giant aquarium with a water slide in it. The waterslide i was on was also giant, i would estimate about 30 people could ride on it at the same time. And if you looked outside, (since it was seethrough) you saw that everything was black but there were a few yellow lights. The waterslide wasnt open, thats what makes it cool. And you also couldnt ride on it on your back, you had to actually swin in it, since it was so big. It was also very fast. I wish i could go back in that dream ;c

Some of the more interesting normal dreams I have seem to continue from the point where dream ended last time. Some of of these dreams I still have to this day even though the first one occurred during my teens and I am now in my early 30s and sometimes it might go as long as years before I find myself back in those dreams and during the dream I can recall vividly memories from last time I found myself in that dream setting. It feels nearly like you live a separate kind of life.

I was playing this game on Roblox, and one of the parts of it reminded me of this very disturbing dream (which I usually have but I felt like this was far worse than usual) . I don't know what it was exactly, but it had repeated twice when I was younger. All I remembered was not being able to see much, but it was in some sort of play place. I really enjoyed this one dream I had a super power but only one guy knew of it in a previous dream but he acted like he didn't know and I somehow knew where everything was in the house 🏡 and the house was so familiar I really want to continue it

Today's when I was dreaming their was a group of my friends and some other guy. And we became friends. But their was also some girls. We where in some house. I only saw 1 girl wearing black and orange shirt. But when we left the house my friends went to a pool. And I was already down stairs with the guy I was friends with. Me and the guy saw the girl with black and orange shirt leaving somewhere. Me and the guy decided to follow her because she looked suspicious. When we followed her we were hiding, then we see the girl with black and orange shirt talking to some other girl. But when she turned right she saw me while I was hiding. The guy u met ran away. And the girl cased me, so I ran as fast as I could until their was a parkour in the way and I did the parkour. Only 2 jumps and that it. My sweater was bothering me so I tried to take it off while running away from the girl who was chasing me. My friends saw me running and said "hey dude why are you running" and I replied " their not much to explain" and I told them that while trying to take off my sweater. And you see I need to figure it out how does it end. I feel like its going to be real when I'm somewhere in my teens even though I'm 15, I still need to know how can I get that dream again.

I had an amazing dream last night. I was in a hotel pool at a hotel that was under construction. Was there with my ex that I still kick it with on vacation…and fell in love with someone else. We kissed goodbye and I had butterflies. I wish I could relive that amazing feeling of love. Right after we said goodbye I woke up ❤️

I have this weird method that works for me. If I stay up late and than I go to sleep. If I set an alarm that wakes me up and than I go back to sleep shortly after hearing the alarm it always triggers an awesome dream.... wonder why

I had a dream that i was outside earth, there were 7 galaxies and it was me and my friend..we were stuck in the first galaxy, and we tried everything, apparently dying was ”advance” and we needed to get up to the 7th galaxy, so when we were at the 7th galaxy w jumped in! And apparently you needed to take on this suit so you could throw things like spiderman and then jump off this riverthing, when we came to the end we stood in a line, and i started thinking about all names, so the guy that stood in front of me, i just said his name” *name* stop!” And then i told my friend that we didn’t remember each others names, i first said ”Mark” to her but then she said ”what ?? No” then i remember ”ohh right *Name*” and when she was gonna say my name..she didnt remember, i dont know but i feel like this dream was special, im gonna think about it my whole life and i wanna dream it again and find about whats in the other galaxies..

Perhaps, I may be misunderstanding what your idea is of a "Repeated Dream". All through my life i have had the exact same dream, with the same dream landscape. Even though I have experienced this my whole life, there may be a new character or two, but I have had the experience of 'Groundhog.Dream Day'. When a particular dream land it's complete landscape comes up in what seems to be taken from a film reel in my mind, I know if it is a pleasant one or not. And, it doesn't necessarily happen day after day. These dreamed can occur months apart and they begin and usually end in the same pace. Its as if I am pressing play and stop at the same time throughout. Around the age of. 10 years I began having a dream where it began and ended in the exact same place. It wasnt pleasant but I knew how it was usually going to end and what place. This happened for about 15 years on and off. The 'start and stop dreams are still happening to me and I just automatically know what to expect, because it hasn't changed.
I automatically assumed this happened to everyone. That everyone had 'a bounty of 'start and stop dreams' I found out later that they did not. Perhaps, me being an Empath, HSP, and Caulbearer ( child born with a veil over their face) is a part of it. Maybe it is something else. I'm not really sure.
There are individuals who have false awakenings, NDE, experience Clairaudience and other psychic phenomenon that modern medicine /science may completely dismiss and flip their noses at for a lack of understanding. And a closed mind.

I’ve had this dream for the longest time, since I was 5, I had this dream we’re I was in Berwyn Illinois (btw: when I was 5, I lived in the Philippines, so I don’t know how I imagined this place) I was going to school, it’s was 3:15, I just left school and my dad picked me up. We were chatting and turned on the radio. The people in the radio were talking about super natural beings in games coming to life in reality. I listened cuz I was curious. But before anything happened, the scenery outside the car started to turn bleak. Everything outside felt ominous. I looked outside my car window and everyone outside had the same expressions I did. Suddenly, there was dark green light everywhere in the sky. After that happened, everything turned to chaos...
I was scared shirtless, I looked outside and harpies from fairytales started eating peoples heads off, a huge octopus came out the sewers and attacked everything. We crashed our car and I was knocked out. Once awake, my dad died. I was left all alone. It was nighttime... (It felts really real, I felt my sore neck and thighs, I felt blood dripping from my forehead and even the air I was breathing)
I looked around and I was a huge bipedal looking thing. It was as high as some towers. I saw people trying to hide for some reason. Then, the huge black bipedal thing opened an ‘eye’ and it looked like a search light.
I was scared too so I hid behind a bush near me. When it was searching, it spotted the group of people and it shot out a neon green laser. IT VAPORIZED THE PEOPLE TO SMITHERENES! (By this time, everything felt real, you cannot believe the things I had to do) I was scared to move, scared to breathe, scared to even say anything. I was a pile of shit. The thing stopped searching and it moved its skinny metallic bipedal legs out of the area. I thought to myself, “this is my chance” I ran away and found an abandoned house. I stayed there for many hours, doing nothing but breathing. It became morning and I looked outside. It was a disaster. I didn’t have time to be shocked, so I looked for food, and then accidentally bump into some other people. (These other people were my friends in my school. PS: this is my highschool time in my dream) they looked ill like me. I invited them to this abandoned house we’re there was running water and a generator. We stayed there for a couple of days until the black bipedal thing came back at night and was searching. It’s search light was pointing at many directions. But I thought I was add since I was inside. We could hear it walking and then stop. It was literally right above us. We stopped breathing, stopped moving, one of my friends passed out. We stayed like this for 10 minutes and BOOM the roof evaporates to nothingness. The black bipedal thing was looking at us with its realistic human eye...

I once had an amazing dream that i wont forget: I was in the game The sims 4, if that makes sense. So, i picked a map, however, the maps were different. The one i picked was a giant aquarium with a water slide in it. The waterslide i was on was also giant, i would estimate about 30 people could ride on it at the same time. And if you looked outside, (since it was seethrough) you saw that everything was black but there were a few yellow lights. The waterslide wasnt open, thats what makes it cool. And you also couldnt ride on it on your back, you had to actually swin in it, since it was so big. It was also very fast. I wish i could go back in that dream ;c
I had a dream about this boy. I don’t know who he is. I think I made him up. But I felt so in love. I crave his touch that I felt in that dream and I need to dream about him again.

Lucid Dreaming Experience yea for some reason when I woke up I could remember every little detail like where we were and what he said to me, and the way he talked to me it all felt like so real. When I got up I wrote about and I wrote it so detailed like as if it wasn’t even a dream like if I actually experienced it

Some of the more interesting normal dreams I have seem to continue from the point where dream ended last time.
Some of of these dreams I still have to this day even though the first one occurred during my teens and I am now in my early 30s and sometimes it might go as long as years before I find myself back in those dreams and during the dream I can recall vividly memories from last time I found myself in that dream setting.
It feels nearly like you live a separate kind of life.

I was playing this game on Roblox, and one of the parts of it reminded me of this very disturbing dream (which I usually have but I felt like this was far worse than usual) . I don't know what it was exactly, but it had repeated twice when I was younger. All I remembered was not being able to see much, but it was in some sort of play place. I know I had this dream when I was about 8-10 years old , but I still felt some sort of impending dread about it (my dreams have always been very realistic and disturbing so I don't doubt there was something bad about it), so now I feel as though I need to have that dream again tonight and find out what was so bad about it, so I'm scouring the internet to try find out how to do this.

I keep having dreams about a girl with orange hair I've never seen before. We always showed interest in each other and it felt good being in those dreams. I felt safe somehow. I need to know who this girl is or if she's even real. It's been messing me up lately.
