use some alcohol to moistur the foam before it will save you a lot of effort

So frightening to watch such bad knife technique! People watching this: never place your "holding" hand in front of the knife while you're cutting!
Also, while it's very impressive that he completely stripped and refoamed this speaker in 11 minutes, those who are approaching it for the first time are well advised to seek other videos before launching into it. Exercising more care and deliberation your first time or two will be rewarded by a satisfactory job. Trying to match the pace here will likely result in frustration and possibly anguish. Slow down. Take your time. As you do more and more, you can up your speed.
