@@thelgiver5844 Well, apart from the Snap never being mentioned in the show, there's actually another good reason to believe that the “Agents of Shield” series took place in an alternate non-canon timeline, and that this has actually been the case ever since Season 1, Episode 1. My logic is based on the fact that the “Endgame” movie established how the Infinity Stones cannot bring a person back from the dead but can only restore those who were snapped away. And yet, in the TV series, Nick Fury was able to bring Agent Coulson back from the dead using some weird alien DNA. Hence, it does not make sense to me that Nick Fury could find a way to do something that even the all-powerful Infinity Stones could not. Yet, whether people believe that the TV show was canon or not doesn't really matter to me anymore because it's all just fiction. So, if you wish to hold an opposing view, then I ask that we just agree to disagree. Peace.
I'm not sure. It would be nice but Daisy had a messed up history with Ward (learning from him, falling in love with him, being betrayed by him, and wanting to kill him). Even if this Ward was exactly like the one she loved in Season 1 (Pre-HYDRA), would Daisy feel that way to a version of someone she absolutely hates?
Not gonna lie, I was giddy upon realizing Ward was back! Plus, I saw that little twist coming. I mean, May as a lead HYDRA agent, Fitz as a bad guy, all happened because certain things didn't happen. Ward was never abused by his family - I'm guessing - so he became the person he wanted to be, but couldn't be because there was too much bad in him. That's just me.
Ward is still the same guy. The abuse and his experience of trying to protect his little brother (and then being made to hurt him) made him into someone who was driven by the desire to protect those he loves and see himself - and have others see him - as some kind of a hero and protector. And his situation gave an opportunity to Garrett to present himself as a father figure and recruit him for SHIELD and then for Hydra. He is still that guy, and he still worked for Hydra for years, so there's no reason to think his past was different. He just has a different allegiance now and made a choice due to different circumstances. Garrett is probably dead and never managed to find a way to survive (because he never found the formula that Fury used in real life to resurrect Coulson - since Coulson was never an agent in the Framework) and Ward has been in a happy romantic relationship with Skye. In real life, he worked for Hydra and was a double agent in SHIELD just out of loyalty to his father figure and to save his life. In the Framework, he became a double agent for the Resistance just so he could protect his girlfriend, after finding out she's an Inhuman. He's still loyal to specific people rather than organizations or ideologies.
FrakkinToaster Luvva Actually, the difference in the framework about Ward is that Agent Hand found him instead of Garrett. In that case, his backstory is the same up until he joined S.H.I.E.L.D., which means he never worked for H.Y.D.R.A. until they won the war against S.H.I.E.L.D.
When Skye was tell Framework Ward that she's never betrayed him; I'm wondering if she was actually telling the truth, or lying to stop Framework Ward from shooting them.
She was telling the truth she never did and was faithful too ward and she loved him until ward showed his true colors despite all that those feelings for him still remained that’s why the framework created the scenario where she is with ward again to make her confront those feelings but also to give her closure
Calling it now, they all start to kind of like FrameWard and realize he's a good guy unlike the Ward they knew, and then he makes a heroic sacrifice, since he's not real anyway, to help them escape the Framework, and it's kind of bittersweet.
Daisy does seem conflicted toward the end of the episode, probably trying to (somehow) reconcile the idea of Ward being good with the terrible things he'd done in the real world. I think it's too much to say she cares about him, at-least at this point, but your prediction is pretty solid.
I mean, it would be weird if she genuinely cared about him since he's not an actual person, just a piece of code like Simmons said to that student of Coulson's. But I do think the more she interacts with him, the less she thinks of him as the Ward she knew. I imagine the same will be true for the rest of the team. Actually, once they wake Fitz up, it might be kind of sad for him to meet a good guy Ward because he's the one who was so unwilling to give up on him in Season 1 and insisted he could be good.
"This is based on an old S.H.I.E.L.D. program, poor kids have had a lot of friends die, maybe they didn't have to" -Radcliffe. Putting good Ward into LMD seems to be the most likely choice here. Other possibilities could be Trip or Lincoln (though B.J. Britt and Luke Mitchell are on different shows now). Ward is still the strongest possibility.
idk m8, Ward is by far my favorite character but...he's already had a good closure to his story, I'm not sure I'd wanna see him as an LMD in the real world.
Yeah, the idea of bringing Ward into the real world doesn't really make sense anyway, because this is just a computer simulation - it's not *him*. Even if they somehow put his memories and feelings into an LMD, it wouldn't be the real thing, just like LMD!May wasn't really May.
Pleeeeeeezzzzzzzz! That's not going to last! Ward will turn evil as he did before when he wore that same black leather jacket and he will break Daisy's heart twice!
there was that other time where she shot him four times after he reunited her with her long lost father and then helped her escape from her restraints too lmao
i laughed so hard at this point, i don’t know how i didn’t expect this. i wasn’t expecting season 4 to have such a good plot, and some really good acting, especially from iain.
It's like they're redeemeing Ward. I wonder if Daisy will fall for him, seeing him as completely different from the original, who was a remorseless asshole.
Crazy a.k.a The boss , well, in this reality, Garrett dies because there is no GH serum to helphim and the only person he can turn to is Skye. He seems to sacrifice everything for her and given that she had a thing for him on the past, I think it'll be possible that Skye did feel for him. But I hope it doesn't go that way because Daisy is a hacker by default and she should be aware that all that happening around her is just code, albeit provided by an evil book.
Nothing against The Runaways, Cloak and Dagger, or The Defenders Saga personally, but Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was always my favorite MCU-adjacent show and I'm sad that it never became canon....though Daredevil apparently now is, so good for them i guess
I know this scene is so serious but i‘m laughing so hard when I watch it. S: “So is Skye again?” D: *JENMA PLS SHUT UP* W: “You have another name?” D: “No, i’m Skye” *OKAY I CAN HANDLE IT* ... I can't decide if I like this twist or not. On one hand, it does allow for this to be a more interesting story than simply going for Daisy vs. Ward, which would've made his return kind of redundant. But at the same time, I don't want anything to cause her to want to fall for him again even if this is just a simulation. Plus, Ward defected out of love for Daisy, so who's to say he actually cares about Inhumans? This should be interesting.
Nope, this isn't how Framework works, think about like about world like their real world but after changing things from past of the kidnapped agents (May, Coulson, Fitz, Mace, Mack) ccreated butterfly effect, string of cause-and-effect in the world created thanks to the Darkhold.
Ward being a Hydra Agent was one of the worst decisions. Like I get turning him into a villain was for shock value but I really did like him more as a Sheild Agent
Yeah, it would be my dream come true if, say, Yo-Yo realizes the gang needs backup inside the Framework and Mack left her a way to contact Bobbi and Hunter in case of emergency, so she calls them and they enter the Framework too in order to help. Or they could just help take down AIDA and Ivanov in the real world.
Say goodbye to shit color leather jacketed Ward who was a shit disturber and hello to nice bad ass Ward in a black leather jacket. How long will this Ward exist the evil Ward comes out?
I don’t get why they think it’s so easy to not care about anyone in the Framework. I get that the majority of people are programs, but they all have lives. I don’t know how Jemma and Daisy are so easily able to dismiss them. I don’t think I could.
Alright call me psychopath or something but I would have to stand for ward this time. I remember daisy said at 3b that "He's bad ain't because he feels nothing but feels to much and bleh bleh......" I was like hello... does they knew he was abuse and traumatized by his past. Anger, stress, self pity, lack of love....So obviously he'll change the way he wasn't supposed to, I mean c'mon people why can't you see that this guy (ward)is like a stray puppy that also needs care and love in order to conquer his dark memories. They gave romanoff a second chance (his kinda like her male version) so why not him? That's the things I don't understand its about chance people, I guess they just give up on him to soon. to. hecking. soon. marvel... *my heart hurts* 😖😰😢😭😂😂 P. s sorry my english's sucks it's not my first language.. guys but hope you got my point. ✌
I know it seems like a lame idea, but I would like Grant Ward to stay on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D as an LMD. I just like the idea of a good Grant Ward on the team, plus it would be interesting to see an LMD as part of the team. It would definitely shake things up with all the characters having a Grant Ward around after everything the original Ward did to them. But Ward would be a useful asset to the team.
a am a skyeward fan and a brett dalton fan sorry guys i caint help my self he is a great actor and skyeward is so cute t together i just love this ship and i hope they bring him back for good it their is a season 5 brett dalton just plays ward so good you guys caint deny that
at least this reality/universe Ward is an actual Shield Agent rather than Hydra mole(Real Reality). last he's part of resistance and Shield(during talking on car chase part). what im thinking, since he said he's an inhuman too in this alternate reality is that means he's a good Hive?
Joshua Plotkin Well he never chose Hydra over love for her... he chose Garrett over everything else. And Garrett is probably desd now in this reality because he never got the Kree blood. It's always been about personal motives for Ward.
I think the framework gave Skye/Daisy a chance to actually make peace over what happened in the real world.. Not to forgive him.. just to actually understand Ward(in real world).why he did what he did.. Why he became a pschopath serial killer.. instead of redeeming himself.. #skyeward
I find it fascinating that AIDA apparently identified Ward's betrayal as Skye's big regret. Not growing up without parents and in the system but Ward choosing someone else over her is the thing that torments her the most...
When jemma say this is not the framework this is hell I think there could be a double meaning hidden behind because technically was created thanks to darkhold energy that camed from the hell where ghost rider is from so the framework is like a digital version of the dimension but representing the earth instead of the dark wasteland where robbie ended up.....
I really hope Ward Returns properly a she is great in this show and he is the only actor who knows how to act here and the silliest think Producers could do is that Ward is a bad guy at the end of season 1 and 2, that was just stupid and bad story..
I cant wait for frame work fitz to see Jemma , even if he won't remember her (from the real world) they were both best friends in the academy. He thinks she's dead and then he sees her. hell yea.
Plz answer this question. If i remember in the episode with garviton they left a cliff hanger in the end where the doctor was aliv, but that wasnt paid attention in the later episode. Does anybody know what happened to him?
It was just left as a cliff hanger. They may have had something planned at one point, but now I think it was more of an easter egg. Though the writers could go back to it if they wanted too in the future.
why is nobody talking about the fact that he is wearing the EXACT same outfit from when he betrayed shield and was with garret...its like one of the biggest clues to make us aware he is a mole for shield

As for how Ward would be a good guy in the movie realm, this is also related to lack of Inhumans there. According to the TV show, the Red Skull’s WW2 Hydra forces amalgamated with a religious cult that secretly worshiped the Inhuman leader Hive. But without the existence of Hive in the movie-realm, many of Hydra’s splinter groups and their leaders who were featured in the TV show never existed or never became evil - and this included characters such as Dr. Whitehall, General Hale, and also John Garrett . . . And without Garrett to recruit Ward into Hydra, Ward was instead recruited into SHIELD by Victoria Hand who nurtured him to be a good guy just like his Framework counterpart in Season 4.
Such a crossover with the movie-realm would not only legitimize the TV series as being part of the MCU canon, but would also allow Ward to return as a real flesh-and-blood good guy who finally gets to go "Skye-Ward" with Daisy. Any thoughts or comments? Let me know.
@@CaptainBars Ward never was a good guy tho
@@CaptainBarsAoS is canon though. Just because the snap is never mentioned dosen't mean it didn't happen
@@CaptainBars Also the producers of endgame actually planned to have the TV characters appear
Peace.
I love this! Skyeward is ALIVE people!
IKR! :D
Wow, that's... an uncreative ship name lol
All ship names are uncreative.
Skyeward is FAKE. Framework is just a little fantasy world created by Aida and Radcliffe.
Victor Mariscal Why would you think he wasn't abused by his family?! And why would thst change?
Ward is a good guy in the Framework. The abuse that the real Ward suffered made him who he was. It's not a leap.
FrakkinToaster Luvva Really gooood 👏🏻
“This isn’t the framework this is hell “omg 😂😭💀
OMG Ward is kind of good!!!
I LIKE IT!
Pleeeeeeezzzzzzzz! That's not going to last! Ward will turn evil as he did before when he wore that same black leather jacket and he will break Daisy's heart twice!
@@chrislim2022 You got it wrong, this Ward was Mace's right hand man in S.H.I.E.L.D
Loki's resurrection: *exists*
Grant Ward : "Are you challenging me?"
PS: I love both Loki and Ward 🙏😌💓
Dr Strange: "Pff, amateurs!"
Ward is the Taskmaster we never got.
He would have been better then the taskmaster they gave us.
Skye: I've never betrayed you
Me: well there was that one time you turned him over to his abusive shitbag of an older brother without a second thought
there was that other time where she shot him four times after he reunited her with her long lost father and then helped her escape from her restraints too lmao
i laughed so hard at this point, i don’t know how i didn’t expect this. i wasn’t expecting season 4 to have such a good plot, and some really good acting, especially from iain.
I had hoped That the machine that turned aida into a organic being could have brought this version of ward into our world
It's like they're redeemeing Ward. I wonder if Daisy will fall for him, seeing him as completely different from the original, who was a remorseless asshole.
and then they have to shut down Framework, therefor killing new and improved Ward. I can't imaging how they're going to explain that to him.
Crazy a.k.a The boss Actually he is just like the original Ward. He just was in different circumstances and made some different choices.
Crazy a.k.a The boss God I hope not. That'd be awful.
Spideyfan 127 yes
Nothing against The Runaways, Cloak and Dagger, or The Defenders Saga personally, but Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was always my favorite MCU-adjacent show and I'm sad that it never became canon....though Daredevil apparently now is, so good for them i guess
I know this scene is so serious but i‘m laughing so hard when I watch it.
S: “So is Skye again?”
D: *JENMA PLS SHUT UP*
W: “You have another name?”
D: “No, i’m Skye” *OKAY I CAN HANDLE IT*
...
W:” so you are with the Resistence?”
D: *I CAN’T. JENMA YELL WITH ME*
S & D: “NO”
Jdjskskskxksjkss i can’t. It’s too hilarious really. Hydra wants to kill them and they are talking like THAT. Love them. BUT THIS IS MY FAVOURITE MOMENT SO FAR (with all the car ride of course):
D: “WARD NO. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RESISTENCE”
W: “But I do”
D & S: *WHAT THE... OMG WE GONNA DIE. THE CAR*
Framework Ward could have escaped just like AIDA. It would have been a cool way to bring him back, and not confusing at all.

This is the very best part of the 4th season (and the only that makes me watch what's next :)
Please bring Ward back to the real world!!!
Here's hoping that Ward returns in Season 7 when the team uses their time-travel tech to jump over to the movie-realm where (a) the Snap actually happened, (b) no Inhuman characters exist, and (c) Ward is a good guy.
Regarding that middle point about Inhumans, we know now from the "Endgame" film that the movies and TV episodes take place in separate universes because none of the Inhuman characters from the "SHIELD" series or the "Inhumans" miniseries are seen when Doctor Strange shows up with all the other MCU superheroes and asks if ‘everyone’ is there.
Hence, my friends and I speculate that, in the TV realm, King T'Challa (Black Panther) invited Black Bolt and other Inhumans to take refuge in or near Wakanda after they initially landed in Hawaii, and this made them available to fight alongside the Avengers when Thanos attacked. As a result, Black Bolt was there to use his ultra-powerful vocal cords to vaporize Thanos before he could snap his fingers, where as in the movie realm, Black Bolt’s absence allowed Thanos to succeed.

0:38 - Most accurate portrayal of a gun shot in tv history…
This series is a masterpiece and the best in MCU.
Ward's back on S.H.I.E.L.D! SO AM I
I can't decide if I like this twist or not.
I'm kinda sad they never dove any deeper into the machinations of the framework. This could have easily been a whole season.
Grant Douglas Ward....SHIELD's inside mole within HYDRA...yeah. The Framework's just another Mirror Universe.
I fucking love Ward please keep him this time for good
I wish Grant had come back. He's one of my favourites. Remember how he kicked May and Skye's asses? Never mess with Grant
Well I'll be damm. Wards a good guy again
oh my god, Ward, stop double-crossing people!
Ward looks so confused!
Im so glad Ward is back
Skyeward feels "were real." ❤️❤️
So this was the closest we got to the what if scenario ... if Ward was actually with SHIELD
Skye's greatest pain is that Ward betrayed her and the team. She did have bigger pains, but she resolved them in the real world
nope, Daisy and Simmons never had scanned brains so Aida couldn't erased their regrets
Aida probably looked over their profiles, she was preparing for Daisy/Skye, but not sure about Simmons
Nope, this isn't how Framework works, think about like about world like their real world but after changing things from past of the kidnapped agents (May, Coulson, Fitz, Mace, Mack) ccreated butterfly effect, string of cause-and-effect in the world created thanks to the Darkhold.
I like this Ward
Ward being a Hydra Agent was one of the worst decisions. Like I get turning him into a villain was for shock value but I really did like him more as a Sheild Agent
Bring back Mockingbird & Hunter!
THIS!
Yes what happened with them, they come back to SHIELD sometime and help Daisy and Simmons in the real world?
Yeah, it would be my dream come true if, say, Yo-Yo realizes the gang needs backup inside the Framework and Mack left her a way to contact Bobbi and Hunter in case of emergency, so she calls them and they enter the Framework too in order to help. Or they could just help take down AIDA and Ivanov in the real world.
Janexcalibur And Triplett he was my favorite character
I dont know triplett is favorite character for so many people. I dont even remember him.
Calling it now Ward is going to be found by the team this season 7 and not become an ass with Garrett.
he double crosses hydra to protect skye
That's the things I don't understand its about chance people, I guess they just give up on him to soon. to. hecking. soon. marvel... *my heart hurts* 😖😰😢😭😂😂
P. s sorry my english's sucks it's not my first language.. guys but hope you got my point. ✌
fitz and daisy were abused but never became monster like ward
@@bioHT Season 5 Fitz was pretty ruthless
I kinda hope SOMEHOW that he can come out of the Framework and be a good guy again! One can dream!
Ward is good at one thing
Being a traitor 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤩
what happened to jemmas voice?
She just woke up in that world from being dead for years.
TVOCD Elizabeth henstridge was sick
oh okay thanks
she was sick but it was cool on the show hahaha, sorry Jemma
I know it seems like a lame idea, but I would like Grant Ward to stay on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D as an LMD. I just like the idea of a good Grant Ward on the team, plus it would be interesting to see an LMD as part of the team. It would definitely shake things up with all the characters having a Grant Ward around after everything the original Ward did to them. But Ward would be a useful asset to the team.
Why would you hurt me with what could have been?
I love it . Big fan of Villian
Jemma's so frickin done
a am a skyeward fan and a brett dalton fan sorry guys i caint help my self he is a great actor and skyeward is so cute t together i just love this ship and i hope they bring him back for good it their is a season 5 brett dalton just plays ward so good you guys caint deny that
I'm a fan of evil Ward in that bad ass black leather jacket!
I really like this Framework Ward, I want him in the real world!! And please, give us Hunter and Bobbie back too!!! I miss them so much
That means Ward is a double double agent XD
Always double crossing huh...
Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and acknowledges the franchise's films and other television series.
At least we got this good version of Ward. I always wanted that he turn to shield agent again
Wow How did Elizabeth do that breathless voice? She actually sounds like she has two holes in her lungs.
Real life: Hydra > Shield
Framework: Hydra < Shield
I was so happy
Put this Ward in a LMD in real world of the show!!! it wil be great!!!
and i wonder if Is Trip Still Alive in the Framework?
at least this reality/universe Ward is an actual Shield Agent rather than Hydra mole(Real Reality).
last he's part of resistance and Shield(during talking on car chase part). what im thinking, since he said he's an inhuman too in this alternate reality is that means he's a good Hive?
My oh my how the turn tables
Yep, this is his signature move...
OMG FINALLY! After 15 episode of season 4 make me stuck, finally.... I wish they can make lmd ward 😂😂
I just want Skye and Ward to be together
Wow I can’t believe ward was a mole in hydra!
#SkyeWard ❣😍❣😍❣😍
I CALLED IT!!! Ward is always a traitor, no matter what reality he's in.
Yep. Ward is like a leopard who cannot change the color of his spots. Once a traitor always a traitor.
so in this universe he chose love over hydra
Joshua Plotkin Well he never chose Hydra over love for her... he chose Garrett over everything else. And Garrett is probably desd now in this reality because he never got the Kree blood.
It's always been about personal motives for Ward.
What if the Framework is part of the Multiverse?
Its like the Akatsuki from Obito project Tsuki No Me lmao
I think the framework gave Skye/Daisy a chance to actually make peace over what happened in the real world.. Not to forgive him.. just to actually understand Ward(in real world).why he did what he did.. Why he became a pschopath serial killer.. instead of redeeming himself.. #skyeward
I find it fascinating that AIDA apparently identified Ward's betrayal as Skye's big regret. Not growing up without parents and in the system but Ward choosing someone else over her is the thing that torments her the most...
What if I told you the reality you're living in is one of the many.
Since shield was hydra ward was really a good guy
woahahahahha!! this is fun.
nice episode
When jemma say this is not the framework this is hell I think there could be a double meaning hidden behind because technically was created thanks to darkhold energy that camed from the hell where ghost rider is from so the framework is like a digital version of the dimension but representing the earth instead of the dark wasteland where robbie ended up.....
I really hope Ward Returns properly a she is great in this show and he is the only actor who knows how to act here and the silliest think Producers could do is that Ward is a bad guy at the end of season 1 and 2, that was just stupid and bad story..
what if new York in the framework has been nuked
Once a mole, always a mole.
I cant wait for frame work fitz to see Jemma , even if he won't remember her (from the real world) they were both best friends in the academy. He thinks she's dead and then he sees her. hell yea.
in this world Fitz never was in Shield academy
bifa he still remembers her a little bit from the real world, you can see the look on fitz face when jemma called him. he is obviously confuses
Wade is always a double agent
elizabeth’s accent is gorgeous
Plz answer this question. If i remember in the episode with garviton they left a cliff hanger in the end where the doctor was aliv, but that wasnt paid attention in the later episode. Does anybody know what happened to him?
It was just left as a cliff hanger. They may have had something planned at one point, but now I think it was more of an easter egg. Though the writers could go back to it if they wanted too in the future.
