If you are coming and going for a week here or there you can come in out and unlimited they do not care. Such as business ppl coming from Korea or Singapore they may do 20 trips a year and never an issue. When you stay 60 days go out for a day or even a week and come back for another 60 days they know you are living here. You can do this twice on the third time you get a warning that you need a real visa as now you are 150 days in Thailand on a tourist visa. Pay the money and get an education visa which can be for 6 months or 12 months. People telling you can do multiple airport runs for 12 months on tourist visa are going to find themselves refused entry at some point. And as Ian has told us you need to be on a visa in the country to apply for an education visa. Good luck to everyone.
Yeah Boy ! Tempus got us a new vid.
Retirement visa is also 90-day reporting and THB 800.000 in bank, marriage visa the same but only need THB 400.000 in bank. There is a way also if you can show you have funds come in that are eqivelant to the same, then it is accepted too.
Love love love!!
It must be fun when you hang out with all the vloggers. All the best!
Im going to Pattaya soon. First Phuket. A few weeks .then up north 😀. Going solo this time again 😅

literally the best breakdown ever on this visa situation. All these other TH-camrs make it so complicated shit is like trying to figure out mx+b, like fk. Good breakdown. Got some thinking to do.
I'm still confused..1k USD upfront then monthly payments..and check in every 90 days? that's expensive unless instalments. And, check in where?
Thanks bud, what’s your view on health insurance, is it a must?
Nice one 😊. Hope you ok
whats the agents info?
School cost are included in the price you mentioned?
Would like agents info please. Thanks for the info
Didn't get agent info
Liked.
Wait till your 50 or over get the type 0 visa put 800,000 in bank and keep it there It’s easy and report every 90 days to immigration and your done it’s not hard .
that is the question that i asked myself everyday, if i want to stay, HOW????
For an education visa, how many classes do I have to take
Hi mate could you recommend a language school in pattaya? or your visa agent. Thanks for info
Yes I want her info leaving VB going on walkabout in Late July be in Thailand mid August
how did it go? do you recommend any ed visa agents?
😂 most of us that work remotely are just awaiting the nomad visa.... which sounds like it’s only 12 months away at best.... fingers crossed....or just get a fake marriage.... most likely cheaper then the flights and boarder runs 😂
😂😂😂
Hi. can you send me the link for the eduction visa? Thanks :)
To add, i brought my son here to Thailand with me, I had already applied an education visa for him from the Thailand Embassey website and it was emailed to him. When we landed at the airport they stamped his passport for 90 days ED visa. He attended Stamford University in Bangkok. 72,000 per semester for full load. So you can look online for school programs to attend that are beyond language classes and enroll in. a 2 or 4 year degree program and have a visa that way as well. even take on a masters degree if your older and looking for something new.
72,000 in baht or dollars?
Do you have to apply for a tourist visa first?
Could you let us know what school you are going to/agent for the education visa? Thanks
I've heard some do it via zoom, or some just don't care if you attend or not, just as long as they get paid
I'm a New subscriber but not new to Thailand but I'm looking to retire there in 2024 currently living in the Philippines, so I don't have far to travel !! I was interested who you use for your Visa Agent ??
How many times can I extend this type of visa? I really want to go to the Thailand and learn Muay Thai.
How about a marriage visa?
Yes I am interested in the contact for visa agent

I am coming for all of Jan from the US . Can I stay longer without leaving? Just have to change my return flight. Like to do 90 days. Yes would love to talk to her please
Yes please send contact info on your visa agent
How.many time can I do a border run or get a flgiht out n re enter
6 entries into Thailand a calendar year but they limit you to how many times you can travel by ground
@@E46JeffI disagree with this. I did one border by air. Left for 2 weeks and when I returned was told sternly this would be my last re-entry allowed for the calendar year. I have never heard of 6 re-entries. That would mean staying a full year on border runs. I wouldn’t count on that.
I'm almost 45 now and want to move there. Could I take 4-6 trips a year by flight perpetually for the next 5 years until I qualify for the retirement visa or would it be considered too many re-entries per year?
I recently visited Thailand for a month as a test run to see if I could actually live there long term as I "qualify" for the Retirement Visa in terms of age (over 50...I'm exactly 50), recently started receiving a US government issued pension, and if required, could meet the bank deposit requirement. The actual rule, is EITHER the pension or bank deposit requirement of somewhere around 800,000 baht....but not BOTH. Right?
It then came to light that immigration couldn't care less about a foreign pension....all they truly cared about was the initial bank deposit and after 1 year, then they would look at your pension. I'm doing my best not to make this long winded, but hear me out....
Like you, months ago I noticed NONE of these regular TH-camrs who report on Thailand ever address questions specifically related to the Retirement Visa. Recently, I did find one guy who did a video about obtaining his Retirement Visa and went into absolute SPECIFICS but only about how he obtained his International drivers license in the same video. Somebody in the comment section of that video asked him the normal questions about the retirement visa. Finally someone replied! He said something along the lines of not being able to answer that question on a public forum and to contact him personally......hmmmm. I mean, this should be pretty straight forward stuff - over 50, proof of pension of at least 65k baht per month OR 800,000 baht deposited into a Thai bank account for a minimum of 1 year without the balance falling under X amount....
My guess....just like most things in Thailand, how much money do you have and how well are your negotiation capabilities?
As far as my story is concerned and my one month stay in Pattaya, it was a great place to visit once a year, you'll have the time of your life, but I wouldn't be able to deal with the cultural differences on a long term basis. Good luck and I hope this response helps as I'm no longer considering a possible Thai retirement visa.
@@aaronnarsavage3640 Save stress, google "visa agent Pattaya" they will help you out real quick. I live here on a retirement visa i'm 51. Very easy process.
Get the marriage visa just keep away from high condo balconies.
Agent needed
did you get one?
Hi good video
My name is Kamal, I am legally married to a Thai lady in Thailand.
I live in the UK and I am a pensioner of 71 years, but still 33 in the head.
I have a question.
I do not have 400,000 Thai baht for a marriage visa.
Can I transfer 40,000 Thai each month instead
If so , how does it work, and what visa do I need to begin the process.
Thanking you
I wonder what the chances are an American old lady could pick up a sweet Thai young man? Lol
Just kidding….66 now and finally almost there. I will celebrate the holidays there! WooHoo!
Juice pockets 😅
Who is that visa lady
did you find one?
Can I get an education visa by paying for the course but not doing the actual corse 😂
did you figure it out ?
Sounds like you spend a LOT of money, I’m sure everyone here would like to know how you fund this lifestyle because TH-cam isn’t paying you that much
This lifestyle is not that much. He's gone through his expenses in prior videos.
Bro do you have a Instagram I could reach you on. I plan on moving there in 2 weeks
Would like agents info please. Thanks for the info
