No disrespect, but I do not take this as a laughing joke at all, just unwanted bees Can really control one’s life until can get a hold of it! Please women, and this is not for all doctors, but too many of them they don’t hear what we are saying what we are crying out for help, because they want to put us on chemicals and a bunch of medicine saying that we are depressed, perimenopause it makes most women I believe, depressed along with a lot of unwanted, unwanted Feelings, emotions!

Tab I’m so happy you are talking about menopause. I’m 56 and it horrible, extreme brain fog, deep depression, anxiety, HOT 🥵 FLASHES, mood swings. No sleep. I literally thought I was losing my mind. I tried everything over the counter meds-they worked for a minute but eventually after 2 years I had to get on very small dosage of an anti depressant Zoloft (25mg). Now with making sure I get to bed early by 10, watch what I eat, walking I am 💯 better and this also helps with the hot flashes. I really wish more women would talk about menopause maybe the scientific world would research this woman issue more because there are so many women suffering and I did not want to get on a anti depressant but it works. I’m happy for anyone that gets help more natural but that was not working for me. Oh yeah and you start gaining weight and it is hard to loose it 😢 it is a terrible feeling 🙏🏾💔
