This only will ever become a problem - when we read scripture and the lords command that we are to “die to self “ .
Q- how can we die to that which we keeping seeking to improve ?
Surely we are putting make-up & perfume on a corpse …sure it holds for a while - but the end state is worse than before we tried to improve .
      We don’t need improving .
We need to be transformed .
      Jesus is the way
      The truth
      And the life .

the thing that makes your videos so well is how you're able to admit your faults, it brings you down to earth and makes you feel a lot more human. When it comes to reaching my goals, you've inspired me to maintain discipline. I personally haven't tried to seek out any trick to it, in regard to it I really just power through it. When I see something, I need or want to do, something that will propel me toward my goal I force myself into it, until my body and mind adapt to it.

    4) ask questions visualize what happens if you don't change and what happens when you change feel the emotion of happiness of the change and pain of regret
    5) use emotions

And then last week when I started going to the gym at 6am it was easier than ever to wake up at 530am to go. Because after working a 9 hour shift, i never want to go to the gym at 7pm. So now that i have a reason to wake up, it has been easy.

Great video, nothing against it, only want to add one thing. When you mentioned first study (Cookies vs Radish and people performing puzzles after) idk if you missed or didn't knew, but you can actually increase your willpower tank time after time if you're going to endure those cravings and therefore have more willpower. Hope you read this, great vid, continue pushing G and try to not swear; God bless!
