C40 is more weighted towards midrange where Cort is balance throughout the frequency range. C40 is more bassier but upper frequencies are more pominent in Cort. Cort has better overtones and undertones overall more clear and complex.

does anyone know which savarez crystal corum strings this guitar has, mine is broken and I can't find anywhere if the default strings were medium hard mixed or normal tension, I've mailed CORT customer care let's see if they get back
It depends upon which zoner you are inclined to, for e.g if you are interested to learn finger style then your preference should be towards yamaha, but if you are a strumming lover or contemporary enthusiast then your preference should be cort for it's bright signature
@saadmominn same as AC100 but semi-gloss finish... AC100 is open pore matte finish. AC100SG doesn't have a truss rod. In my opinion, if you want an entry level excellent classical guitar, get a Cordoba C1M, it's awesome 👌

Instead the version C40II is using meranti. So, I am wondering, if that version is going to have also so warm sound in the mid-range.

Both sound great for the same price range. Just a matter of preference. I prefer the beautiful warm sound on the C40. Nice video, Great playing.
