  • This is a review of my Thrustmaster T-LCM pedals. I have had them a month and decided to do a no frills review.
I am not a professional sim racer just a hobbyist so my opinions are more suited for another sim racer/hobbyist.
Hope you enjoy the video. Let me know what you think in the comments and as always don't forget to like and subscribe.

@@TRYRacing OK so I couldn't wait. I ordered a set from someone on eBay. The thing is they do take a little getting used to. For the first day my times were a little slower as I got used to the feel. The second day my times went back to where they were before and Then the times started to drop fast. Not only have my times dropped by more than 0.5% my lap times are more consistent and control during the race has greatly improved. They feel more natural, that is to say I'm not having to think so much about what I'm doing with my feet. This is compared to my T3PA Pro pedals. I had to buy the T3PA Pro because the base T3PA were absolute junk. I have given Thrustmaster some good money on 3 sets of pedals! Please don't ask what I paid to get them from eBay.

Thank you so much for this video, I was having trouble with my break maxing out before I felt it should and my throttle pedal felt too sensitive and was stopping at the top due to the dead zone so I kept spinning and wasn’t able to put down the power properly or brake properly, these settings have fixed all these issues and the pedals finally feel worth the money I paid for them. Thrustmaster should make these the default settings.

Got mine, only slight problem was the brake pedal wasn't returning back far enough, underneath the pedal set is a grub screw and locking nut, I just took it out, added some 'Threadlock'' put it back in and adjusted it to the correct position, job done, it's perfect now. Instead of unplugging the USB cable, i just disable the pedals in 'device manager' and then re-enable them, it's a bit easier than fumbling around the back of my PC :)

So to update the firmware they have to be plugged into a wheel base through the rj12 cable. You then have to update the firmware through the driver updates on that particular wheel base.
If you go on the pedal support site and look at rj12 mode detection in the manuals. It tells you how to do it. Hope this helps!!

    Hi,
I have set Brakeforce at 0 on tlcm. But i still find it too hard to get desired braking. i would prefer for it to be easier than 0 to get 100% braking.
Is there a way to reduce this below 0 or change any other setting, so i have to press the brake with lesser pressure/force to get up to 100% braking....?

Maybe change the springs or lower the brake force slider in the calibration?

@@TRYRacing it’s not the purple one who doesn’t go into 100%. It is the green one. So actually my brake is at 100% when i use 30% of my brake pedal but even if i want to break at 100% in the green, i can’t

@@cr4zy_g4ming50 might be a software issue. I would reset all the springs give it a clean.
Try moving the brake force round when you have brake pressed. If it's not changing much I would contact thrustmaster

They are compatible. However you can't use two controllers at once on console. You will need to buy a drive hub
