Thank you so much for this video, I was having trouble with my break maxing out before I felt it should and my throttle pedal felt too sensitive and was stopping at the top due to the dead zone so I kept spinning and wasn’t able to put down the power properly or brake properly, these settings have fixed all these issues and the pedals finally feel worth the money I paid for them. Thrustmaster should make these the default settings.

I have had my 8nm CSL DD since December 23. Ever since then i have been battling with the settings of the base since i purchased it i have never felt connected to the "car" i could never feel what the car was doing i could only react upon the visual of what's happening or the audio of the engine. I changed the settings to what you recommended and it was like the car was part of me i could feel everything that the car was doing from the rear end stepping out to the sheer sense of grip. It got to the point where i regretted selling my thrustmaster TX with TLCM pedals to part fund the fanatec. You sir have rescued my wheel i have been trying to find the correct settings since i purchased it and have gone through so many it's crazy. This is the direct drive i imagined it would be when i was waiting all those weeks for fanatec to finally deliver it to me. Thank you for posting your settings hopefully more people will see them and give them a go because you have just saved my wheel. I have just loaded up with the new settings and instantly went 4 tenths quicker at Jeddah because i can feel the car before it does anything instead of reacting after it has done what it going to do. Really helpful!! I’m averaging about 4:00 per lap at the moment in a C5.R in 2000s LMGTS class (running against Viper GTS, Ferrari 550 GTC, etc) and gives me some ideas how to shave those additional 5-7 seconds off.

why you brake while still on throttle? do you do this with the 992 cup as well?

Thanks, are these settings still relevant? I tried them but could barely feel a thing, 8nm CSL DD. Either way I persisted then pressed the auto in the blackbox after 10 clean laps or so and it went from 6.9 Strength to 21 strength, felt all good then. No clipping. Only tried the MX5 though! Thanks for the video, got me started.

I usually play F1 23, and have been trying to get into ACC recently. But cars in this game just feel so clunky. Please tell me they'll grow on me.

Thx for the vid! Any setup tips for FFB or any other tweaks you’ve made? Been thinking of picking this up for my rig but haven’t seen how hard it is to get working with DD, pedals, triples, etc.

Great tip that helped me massively in controlling these little demons. Stiffen the front anti roll bar to like 3 clicks off max and soften rear anti roll bar to like 3 clicks off max soft. You should notice a drastic change. Leave alignment default and then if still struggling change differentials a bit then even still struggling change dampers. Also lowering height on asphalt is 100% necessary
